I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.

Premier Property Tax has worked with the county on filing a correction hearing for both accounts. Once a hearing is scheduled the client will be notified. Client needs to make sure all tax bills are paid and not delinquent or the county will not give us a hearing.

  They did not notify me that appropriate paperwork was not filed in time. When the hearing  occurred, the agent assigned did not notify me he was not able to protest the tax bill.  As I received no notification from Premier Property Tax they were not able to represent me in the hearing, and the protest did not occur.
