I was contacted by agency and offered a sweet deal, but was not interested in the deal because it required too much changing of resorts from orlando to daytona to the bahamas when I declined they put on a pushy supervisor who began to explain and tried to convince me to to purchase the plan and asked me whyI again explained I did not want the package and she offered an additional pack which would allow me to use the voucher at a later date I explained that I was burned by this once before from a different company and lost and was not interested she then stated to me , "well I guess then it is because you are broke" and hung up the phone I will never, ever book anything with premier travel resorts
I called because I could not travel at the time and was told it would be extended with no expiration date until I was able to travel again I called a year later to be told it was expired and nothing could be doneSpoke with manager who was unwilling to work out anything at all with me She related it to a coupon expiring and not being able to use it except you do not pay $200-$for a COUPON
Was told when purchased the package deal that it would not expire & would remain open active because it could be renewed. Every time tried to use package, was denied stating they needed more time ahead to book any reservations. Spoke with manager who was unwilling to work out anything at all with me.
