accurate time in/out for our staff, and we have provided multiple means to achieve a very accurate accounting of the shiftsWhile Comfort Keepers can clock in/out on a mobile device that also gives a GPS accounting of their location, they also have the option of clocking in/out from your home phoneThis would have been a way to ensure that the clock out time was accurate and timelyIn our interview with the Comfort Keeper in question, her indication was that she was occasionally asked to stay and finish some tasks, and this did lead to some short minute overages on her shiftsThat being said, our customers satisfaction is the single most important thing to Comfort KeepersI would love to offer you to directly contact myself, Autumn J*** Operations Manager, and I would be happy to refund the $in questionOur responsibility and commitment to you, and all the seniors we serve, is to provide timely and excellent serviceI apologize for the frustration this situation caused, and if you would ever like to look at services again, I assure you that we will provide the best in Home Care excellence.
