Company failed to deliver product on a Friday and did not contact to inform customer. Called company and they stated that could not explain why the product was not delivered. Called Monday and the company stated the delivery was last on the list for delivery on Monday. It is a construction project and the piece of wood countertop was vital to complete project. Called company again at 2:45 pm on Monday... was informed that we were set for last on the list for the day for delivery. Very inconsiderate due to the fact when you fail to deliver one day client feels you should be 1st on the list for the next delivery day.
