Hello I'm K [redacted] S [redacted] my Id# is [redacted] I filed a complaint on 1/19/just wanted to let the Revdex.com know that I have spoken with the car dealer Friday 1/19/on behalf of my car my car was last seen at [redacted] car and tire repair of Easley which I called them first to let them know I was going to have my car towed from there to find out that my car was no longer there that the dealer at moved my car not letting me know anythingSo that when I called C [redacted] at premier used cars the dealer to see where my car was that when he States that he had my car towed to [redacted] shop so he could find out what's wrong with itStill not understanding why because he already stated a week before that he wasn't fixing my carSo it goes to say he won't know anything til Monday 1/22/about what's really wrong with my car I tell him to call me on Monday since there's nothing I can do now because the shop is closed my hand were tied at that pointToday is Monday 1/22/I received a call from c [redacted] telling me that there's something broken in or around my transmission and it needs a new transmission or used transmission I cant afford thatI ask him what was he going to do about it the issue he says nothing u been had that car for months you been complaining about this car since u got it well if I have been complaining about this car why haven't u done anything about these complaints then it's not rightI say well can't u trade out that car for another car on your lot he say no I can't do that I can help u on your deposit a little towards another car hereI cant afford that I done put to much into that car already I work to hard for my money to be taking a loss and not be able to say nothing about thing that I'm spending my moneyI don't know what to do I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12625668, and find that this resolution is Regards, K [redacted] S [redacted]

This customer purchased this vehicle and started complaining about weeks later that the engine was ticking and she couln't get the dvd player to work I told her to keep driving the vehicle to see if the noise got worse and if it did I would gladly fix it I told her to take the vehicle to [redacted] so they could check the dvd player, so she did and they told her it would be $to fix it I told her to make an appointment and I would give her a check to pay them for fixing it This was about months ago and I haven't heard another word about it I still stand by my offer to fix the engine, however the transmission went out about days ago and she also wants me to fix that She purchased this car on September 15, and has put over 5k miles on it since and I don't feel it's my responsibility to fix that because there was nothing wrong with it when she purchased it She has also been delinquent on her payments a few times and received a right to cure letter back in December of She is currently days past due on her payments as of today and currently owes $on her account As a result of this delinquency her vehicle is eligible for repossession I try to take care of and satisfy all of my customers to the best of my ability

vehicle to [redacted] so they could check the dvd player, so she did and they told her it would be $80 to fix it.  I told her to make an appointment and I would give her a check to pay them for fixing it.  This was about 2 months ago and I haven't heard another word about it.  I still stand by my offer to fix the engine, however the transmission went out about 10 days ago and she also wants me to fix that.  She purchased this car on September 15, 2017 and has put over 5k miles on it since and I don't feel it's my responsibility to fix that because there was nothing wrong with it when she purchased it.  She has also been delinquent on her payments a few times and received a right to cure letter back in December of 2017.  She is currently 20 days past due on her payments as of today and currently owes $258.40 on her account.  As a result of this delinquency her vehicle is eligible for repossession.  I try to take care of and satisfy all of my customers to the best of my ability.
