We rented a stretch limo for our daughter's weddingThe pros; they were on time and the driver was courteous and professionalThe cons: the limo was not very cleanThere were grubby fingerprints on everything, footprints on the ceiling and when we got a bottle of water out of the mini fridge it was covered in something sticky and we had to wash our hands to get it offThat our daughter in her wedding dress on her special day had to ride in a dirty vehicle was a disappointment

Paid $for my wife and friends to get a ride to and from the concert
The concert ran 1/long and unless we paid and extra$for them to wait they were leaving
The girls didn't have that money so they said they couldn't pay
The driver left
I spoke with the office and it was painfully clear they could care less about the customer or their safety unless they are getting more money
So my with and girls were stranded at the saddledome looking for a ride home
Thanks for nothing
I had to prepay the tip as well which they refused to refund

Used Quest Limos for our friends bachelorette party in Calgary
The black suv stretch limousines was nice and spaciousness with modern fancy lightings and sound system, the booking process was easy
Our driver was awesome we had great time in limousine
Overall excellent service at great price

Think twice before booking with Quest LimoThey do not have good service, we booked them for our wedding and it was one disappointment after anotherWe requested for a white limo didn't get thatWe asked to have the limo decorated when it arrived at the house so we could take pictures that did not happenWhen we were in the limo the music system and the air conditioning was not workingThe driver was no helpTo top it all of I sent them an email after the wedding explaining what had happened and our experience with the company and no one ever replied back to meMy email was ignored!

We rented limo from Quest for my daughters grad. Kids had great time in the limo. The Service was not only great but the limo we got had nice music systems and driver took kids to different locations for photos.
