[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that the resolution offered unsatisfactoryHowever the owner called me personally and after a brief discussion made an exception and allowed me to return the item to the store for a full refund After my return was made I am now satisfied with the resolution I find this business' policies and practices leave much to be desired The use high pressure sales tactics, offer you 'discounts' that are only good if you buy the item immediately, and also sell their flat irons for well above prices you can find elsewhere This combined with the no return policy is not very consumer friendly They also directed me to the manufacturers website for any warranty coverage or questions about the product I did contact the PYT company and have been unable to get them to verify that the PTY store in Brookfield Square is an authorized retailer for their product That is required in order for any warranty to be valid Doing research on the internet I found a large number of persons dissatisfied with the PTY company's process for warranty service Also when I returned the product to the store I did not see any signs that indicate the 'no return' policy Regards, [redacted]

First we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience Unfortunately we cannot refund the product We do ,demonstrate our products to the costumers upon request before they purchase any product in the store The main reason we do so is to make sure the costumer know how the product work and see the product benefits and the possibility to decide if to purchase or not upon demonstration Another reason is because our policy is no refund exchange only The reason our representative referred the costumer to the PYT manufactory is to see If they can help him, no guaranty that they can In our store there is always NO REFUND Sign, and if the costumer didn't see it, it's also says on the receipt NO REFUND At this specific case we will allow the costumer to exchange the product or receive a store credit if the product wasn't used Please let us know if it will work for you Thank You

I was waved into the P.Y.TStore by a lady holding a sample bag (which I later found contained a small packet of moisturizer)She then asked if I ever had a facial, which I had notThen she plied me with a demo of some facial peeling agent that balled up on my arm, due to dead skin she saidMy skin did feel different, but I now think it was just due to being massaged with the peelerAnyway, she told me about several products including under eye darkness remover, etcI said I would try the peeler, just the peelerShe offered me some other product, but I stuck to thatIt cost $80, but she threw in a same sized jar of moisturizerFree, she saidI do not use beauty products, but I know they can cost a lotI looked online for the same product, and it topped out at $on any site affiliated with AmazonThis store is grossly overcharging for inexpensive products I now know it is affiliated with the hard sell kiosks like Seacret and some other beauty stuff from IsraelThe kicker: NO refundsWhat kind of business based around chemicals does not offer a refund, especially if something might react with a person's skin.?
