She claims that we broke the contract and that my supervisor was unstable, when it is her who is unstable and tried to get a free service out of usI, the owner, clearly went over what we do and what to expectAs far as harassment with payment I mailed her out an invoice after 1st trying to call her to resolve things and she did not return my callI waited a week and got no response after a 2nd phone call asking about payment for services renderedThe next day I went down there personally to talk to the customer to avoid taken this matter to courtThe husband greeted me and agreed to settle instead of taken this matter to courtHe said to give him a day or two and he would call me with a settlement amount which he did notFour days went by and I received a check for $which is a far cry from $for a few dirty windows sill and windows we could not do due to them not being accessibleA $is what I was cheated out of and I am the bad guyI am tired as an honest business owner of dealing with people who are deliberately trying to cheat meWe provided a service and went way above and beyond to try and resolve the matterI didn't even get a call from them after several failed attempts to reach out to them and again I am the bad guy hereI did everything possible to make things right with no cooperation from the customer

Premier Windows/Merry Maids will not admit that it broke a verbal contract of the cleaning of double hung windows- inside window(inside and out), outside window( inside/out), screens, and sills.  I was very clear on those points before hiring/setting the date. The owner John sent three workers, one who was so belligerent there was need to call law enforcement out to the home when I asked him to complete the  job he was hired to do.  Law enforcement asked this company not return to job site, but Premier Window's owner(John) did.  All this time John has made and left threats over the phone and in person for payment and other issues. Because of those threats we sent some money, but feel we were coerced into to doing so by him. He broke a verbal contract and did not want to correct the problems that day (December 4th),  he sent an unstable worker, he harassed us by phone and in person, and we are out $280 and have to clean up the mess they made. They can weave any story they want, the facts are the facts.

Complaint Information: I am responding to the complaint lodged against my company by the customers I serviced. I went to the house to give the customer an in-home consultation where I explained exactly what we do and gave her the price of the job. I asked if she had any questions as well as...

informed her of making sure we can get to all the windows in which she replied she was good with everything. She called several days later to schedule the service for 12/4/15. When my crew came to do the job they did a visual inspection and found several windows with cracks in them which was pointed out to the husband which he said he was aware of. At the end of the job we always have the customer walk around to inspect the work before leaving. The wife's only complaint was that we did not vac the entire window frames and there was still some dirt in a couple of wells. My supervisor explained that we do not vac the window frames and that the sills which had dirt and debris in it is caused from the screens which were old and they are oxidized and debris is actually coming from the screens. The customer was not happy with the response and called the office to talk to me. I was home sick that day. The customer replied to my supervisor how convenient it was the owner wasn't available and my supervisor said I will be happy to call the owner on his cell. Then my supervisor told me what happened and I talked to the wife who was very uncooperative. My supervisor said he would wipe out again the window wells which still had debris, but that was not good enough for her. After hanging up talking to the wife she threw my supervisors phone across the room and threatened my guys to leave or she was calling the police. My crew left the house and called me and I told them to just leave and that I would bill her and discuss the matter further. They did leave and she still called the police in which we told the officer we left as instructed and told them what happened. I called two days later and left a message and told her that I was sending her a bill and if she had any questions to call me. A week later I still wasn't paid and left a second message about payment. I got no response and the next day I went to the house with a copy of the bill to give them one last opportunity to resolve this. The husband answered the door and I told him that I came because I have not received any payment or communication with them and I wanted to get this resolved, which he agreed. He said to give him a day to discuss with his wife on a fair charge since 7 inside windows were not done due to being obstructed which I agreed to and asked him to call me with the total first so that both parties were in agreement. I did not get a call and received a check 4 days later for $280.00 instead of the original total of $467.94. Seven inside windows does not equate to $187.94 discount. We did everything within our power to rectify the situation and received no cooperation from the other side. Our company has an excellent reputation, but it's customers like this that make running a small business difficult. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call me at ###-###-####.
