[redacted] I will continue to call him a LIAR because he is. His salesman is a LIAR as well. I will initiate legal proceedings against the company he represents for misleading consumers. I have the voicemails and call logs to prove so...so I'm not sure how I could get a pre-approval [misconstrued]. Maybe him and his salesman can learn from this experience. Just be honest and up front with customers. As long as I have Freedom of Speech I will continue to say what I want, when I want and where I want. This man is a coward.

As I expressed prior and in my response to [redacted], I will like to directly speak with her if she chooses in order to answer any specific questions with regards to her claim of being promised a pre-approval- there is no legal obligation binding anyone to a promise of a pre-approval. Pre-approvals by nature are conditional and contingent upon certain conditions being met. Please note that when the customers profile meets the banks set-forth standard, an Approval is issued and the customer may accept or decline the said Approval. I find it quite offensive and insulting the way [redacted] has responded to me directly in the emails she sent directly to my inbox; by calling me a liar amongst other things. However, after reviewing her file and my conversations with the parties involved, I must say that the claims purported are not quite the way she presented the case.Furthermore, I am not at liberty to give legal advice to [redacted], but since she says she will be filing a lawsuit and seeking some sort of legal remedy, I truly cannot help her any further, as I clearly do not see how we have injured [redacted] or done anything untoward other than present her loan request to the available banks that deals with customers with similar credit files and a decision was made by those banks. I clearly understand that the decision made by the bank or banks does not meet with the desired expectations of [redacted], unfortunately the result of that decision is beyond my control or the dealerships. I would have liked more than anything to sell her a vehicle, since that is the only way we make money as opposed to this back and forth which I am not even certain what [redacted] is looking for as a resolution.in conclusion, I will like to request that further communications from [redacted], if she cannot refrain from insults towards me or any of the dealership staff, should be conducted through the Revdex.com and we will firmly comply with her and her Attorneys wishes and requests whenever she sends us a formal request from her Attorneys. To this end I will kindly and humbly request that the Revdex.com consider this case resolved and closed without prejudice toward Jim McKay Chevrolet.Thank you.Kind Regards,Jimmy O[redacted] - Finance Director

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.I'm sorry  that [redacted] still feels this way about the incident, especially as I was under the impression that the best resolution was offered at the time he came into the dealership to get his concerns addressed. The...

programming was done and he was accommodated beyond any questions and he signed the documents that stated he was happy and content that his issues were addressed and resolved. As for his allegations of magic math, the GM only tried to show him the cost effectiveness of buying or leasing a new vehicle and what the long term ownership cost will be as opposed to his expressed high expenditure on the current vehicle that he owns. If explaining the cost of ownership was a concern or if it was misunderstood I apologize for this misunderstanding, but I assure you that was in no way an attempt to minimize his concerns or ignore his issues, which again were addressed and resolved.Finally, if there are any issues or concerns that have not been addressed by our dealership, we will be more than happy to do so...... otherwise may  I request that this case be closed and considered  satisfactorily resolved and thank [redacted] again for his business.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.I am sorry to hear about the medical condition and the health issues that were suffered by [redacted] and all other issues she may have had, we hope and pray for a speedy recovery and wish her all the best.However, in order to answer the...

concerns and the complaints leveled against Jim McKay Chevrolet, I will stick to the facts of this case. [redacted] purchased a 2013 Chevrolet [redacted]  from our dealership on 02/14/2015 and came back again on 04/14/2016 to purchase a 2014 Chevrolet [redacted] and traded the 2013 Chevy [redacted] was informed that due to the inequity in her 2013 [redacted] trade she will be rolling that negative amount into the new loan and we were able to get the financing secured and she was very ecstatic and thankful as she was particularly happy to 'get rid' of the SUV due to her health and the inconvenience of climbing in and out of the taller vehicle- according to her at the time. The 2014 Chevy [redacted] that we sold her was a certified used vehicle, which meant the vehicle went through a rigorous 172-point inspection. This process is thoroughly vetted by Chevrolet and GM and at the time when the vehicle was sold there was absolutely no evidence of a leak or any issues with the vehicle. In-Fact, one can argue that it is because of this testing that [redacted] purchased this vehicle and why she stated she was happy and enthused when the transaction was done. Furthermore, it is very possible that [redacted] accidentally left the windows open in the vehicle and considering that in the months of April through May, we had a lot of rainy days, her vehicle may have taken in some rain and that eventually caused her stated issues and concerns. We were certainly never told or informed of any problems...... As a matter of customer service when she finally notified us approximately a week ago that she had mold issues we contacted  a company([redacted]) who specializes in leaks to look into her assertion that we sold her a vehicle with leaks and [redacted] stated they could not see nor find any leaks in this vehicle- this fact again debunks her claim that we are responsible for her issues.I am acutely aware that the claim of leaks and mold is not to be taken lightly, however, we cannot take responsibility for this condition as the vehicle was never sold with leaks or mold ....... it is almost criminal for anyone to want to blame a dealership for something that could have simply been an accident or mistake on [redacted] part. We understand that accidents happen and it will be noble if [redacted] would simply consider the fact that maybe she simply forgot to roll her windows up during those rainy days in May, especially since this situation was discovered almost four months after her purchase. I also understand that it is easy to place the blame and faults at the feet of the dealership that sold the vehicle to you, but truly, we have been extremely helpful and forthright in all of our dealings with this customer and I would like to request that instead of trying to take advantage of the situation [redacted], should accept the unsolicited help we have offered and accept the recommendations offered to her by [redacted].It is quite alarming and almost unbelievable, the way [redacted] and [redacted] are trying to exploit the kindness of every employee at Jim McKay Chevrolet that they have encountered and who have tried their best to help and be compassionate and resolve any issues and concerns that have been raised by the [redacted]. As I was responding to this complaint, another one was just filed by the [redacted], only this time they are complaining about the fact that we offered them a courtesy loaner and they were treated badly when they got to the dealership. These complaints are unfounded and needs to stop. This does not serve anyone's interest by wanting to defame a dealership that has been an icon in the community for over 60years and certainly there is no need to defame Mike and Rebecca - both employees that have gone out of there way to accommodate the [redacted].As a matter of courtesy and certainly something the [redacted] did not include in their complaint is the fact that Jim McKay Chevrolet alongside Chevrolet/GM are bearing the cost of pulling out, cleaning and drying the entire vehicle - all of this at no cost to the [redacted]. I believe and hope that the [redacted] will truly consider and understand that we have gone above and beyond in accommodating their issues.In conclusion I am requesting that [redacted] and Marlene [redacted] recant their unfounded stories and complaints and most importantly I request that this case be closed and stated as answered satisfactorily as we have gone above and beyond to help a customer who apparently we haven't wronged but we Helped to resolve their issues regardless. Our focus at Jim McKay Chevrolet is based on the premise that we value our Customers and Respect their Issues or concerns, founded or otherwise.Thank you
