I find it odd that I'm not an avid reader but LOVE autographed books! I have ordered books from this site four separate times and have received every one of them in excellent condition I ordered one in December and paid extra for the "by Christmas" delivery After three days of not receiving a tracking number, I nudged them gently and my book was on its way Made it by Christmas! I understand how busy that time of year must be so I ordered expecting it to be late lol But I got it I love this site!

I prefer ordered a book from Premiere Collectables approximately two months in advanceI paid for the package to be delivered with a signature requiredFedEx shows the package delivered but I never received it nor signed for itI spoke numerous times with them to correct this situation and they refused to refund my money or reship the book They refuse to explain why I paid $for the package to be delivered with the signature and they sent it out with no signature requiredThey literally stole $ from me How disappointing since I have been a customer of theirs for years

Terrible experience with this company!! Ordered ,"Take Heart My Child " from Premier Collectibles on 11/18/16.I received the book on 12/18/16!!! Book was NOT signed and a "Certificate of Authenticity was included,...HOWEVER no Author's signature on the book!! I called and spoke to customer service,...they said a overnight return package would out today (12/18/16).....with a return label to get me a signed copy,....HOWEVER ,...I have NEVER received this return package!! Would never recommend this company!!! [redacted]

I was really excited to receive a signed copy of Buffering from this company!
It was delivered in a timely manner, however, I received the book with water damage
I made an investment and it didn't arrive in a way to reflect what I had paid for it
Until this company improves it's shipping (water tight packaging for books seems logical), I will most definitely not be purchasing anything and advising everyone that I can to avoid this company!
