Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/04/28) */ On 12/13/ [redacted] with this company entered into a contract with our companyWe gave this customer a check in the amount of $per the contractPer the contract which the customer states was legally written she can refinance the copier at the customers approval and provide them with a second check on 12/15/The customer does not want to follow the contract signed and has gone with an alternate vendorThe customer is refusing to follow through with our contract as agreedWe have explained that we are very sorry that they purchased equipment from an alternate vendor who did not take care of the previous obligations that the customer hadI explained to the customer that it would be like buying a car and not telling the dealership that you owed money on an old car then going after the dealer you bought the old car from telling them they needed to pay off your car because you decided to buy a new oneWe did tell the customer that we would stand behind our contract and do exactly what was promised as long as the customer stands behind the contract that was signed on 12/I understand that the customer has entered into a contract with an alternate vendor and has broken the contract that we had with her but we are still willing to help her by honoring our contract which the customer stated she would not doI do know that the customer when entering into the new agreement did not look at the terms of her old lease agreement and contracts and is now having to pay on two contractsWe have done everything that we were obligated to do for this customer and even offered help that we were not obligated to doWe were also told that the equipment on the contract in question has been removed from their property which is also in direct violation of the contractsWe do not know where the equipment is at this point and the customer had no knowledge of this as wellWe regret that this company has put itself in this positionWe have honored all aspects of the contract and again we did tell the customer that if they wish to do the refinance as per the contract and locate the equipment so this can be accomplished we would have no problem with standing by the contract that was signed in
