Review: To Refinace *ur Home and no results at ALL no call back no e-mails, no letters nothing so we want our money back of 1995.00. No contact.

*kay on March 19, 2013 we sent [redacted] in the amount of 1995.00. it was delivered on March 20,2013 at 10:00 am, he called to let us know that he received it well someone else signed for it his name is *. [redacted]. We never heard anything from there, well later [redacted] e-mail and told us to send the some information well we did but no one even confirmed that they had received it so I ([redacted]) e-mailed to ask have they received it no answer for a month or two. Then we decided to call Revdex.com to see what can be done about this and we did and we had gotten a call from there and received a letter from [redacted], she told us what to send and we did now she doesn't call or even let us know and that has been since June no respond or answer left plenty of messages. Now all we want is our 1995.00 back. it is in postal money orders and we have all the receipts, The Attorney general is our next move. It will be a whole year in March no applicable, they are the worst I have seen. we are taking them to the maximum.Desired Settlement: the settlement that [redacted] & [redacted] is seeking is a refund of our money 1995.00 plus the 19.95 it took to send it to them. That is all. We will never deal with that company again.

Review: Last Jan 2013 I was losing my job so my husband thought we should do a loan modification on our mortgage. He sent them almost 2 thousand dollars and told us not to make a mortgage payment to Providence funding which we have had for a while. When Providence called us and said we were late, we explained to them that we were going through Premiere for loan and they told us they contacted you and everything was taken care of. So we tried to get a hold of [redacted] and [redacted] at Premiere for 3 mouths, no answer. We left about 100 messages. Never any return calls or emails. Than in January my husband had a accident, he fell down the stairs grabbing our granddaughter from falling. He was in Regions hospital for 2 months with a spinal cord injury. While all this was going on, Providence (our mortgage company) was working with me. I was 3 months behind because of the lies from Premiere. I caught up with my payments, but now my credit is bad. A lot of time has passed because I have been so busy with taking total care of my husband. Financially I pray we get the money back, I could look back on our bank statements and get the exact amount And I would like my credit back. I pray these people are found and charged.Desired Settlement: When I look through my records on my bank statement, 4 times they took out $1,422.17 total of $5688.68

Review: I start talking to [redacted] @ext [redacted] and he said he could help me low my mortgage payment. I send them a total of 1,995.00 that came out my bank account. I never hear from them and no mortgage low. I been call for two yeas trying to get my money back but no answer I have all my paper work and the account they took the money from just trying to see if anyone can help me try to get my money back cuz I really really do need it still been calling and no answer some of the numbers are disconnected. I would like to know how can I get a refundDesired Settlement: $1,995.00

Review: I was going to refinance as they said was an Obama Loan, and wanted $1,995.00 from me to begin the refinancing

but after I sent the money in I never heard from Premier Financial Center again. I faxed the form to the refund that one of the employees gave me, and I faxed again every month and never a reply and never received my refund.

I am a single Mom and need this money refunded to me. I had someone go to the location and it is located in a UPS Store with a box marked Premier Financial. I reported to the Post Office and I never got this matter resolved.

Please help me get my $1,995.00 returned to me.Desired Settlement: I need the $1,995.00 returned to me since their service of refinancing was never done, please help me.
