call and cancelled the order. The cancellation confirmation numbers are 121748 (Green Coffee) and 121750 (Garcinia). I received a refund of $79.95 for the Garcinia and not for the Green Coffee. I called customer service again a few days later when I saw only one refund and spoke to [redacted] (may have misspelled name), she told me that the free trail period lasted 14 days and I called them and the transaction posted April 21, 2016 at 1:17am and I'm not eligible for a refund. I dislike their deceptive practice and the 50% refund on the product after it was cancelled on time but posted on their system the next day.

Review: The signed up for a free sample if I paid for th shipping. I was then without my consent put on an auto pay and sent 2 other samples costing 78.00 each. I have since called my credit card company as well as Premier Green Coffee. My credit card company has put a stop payment. Premier sent a notification email that said they would stop charging my account.Desired Settlement: I have 2 unopened packages I will send back when I get a refund.

Review: Amazing product auto connected to another called Garcinia Cambrosia that appeared to be a must have sample product auto charged monthly after 14 days

An amazing product appearing to be supported by the [redacted] show and Men's Health magazine was checked and ordered. That web site auto connected me to a loop site I could not unlock from without an order of "Green Coffee"- a must have to help a Garcina Cambrogia product work. This appeared to be a trail $4.95 offer. Apparently hidden in the offer is a note that I must notify Green Coffee in 14 days to halt a lifetime monthly order at ~ $80.00/month which I did not catch until the charge card statement arrives to my surprise. I requested the company cancel my order. They did not refund the balance and stand by the 14 day notification. This is a complete scam. The product-by Green Coffee' definition requires months of trial but the buyer has just 2 weeks to decide if it works to stop the huge order. The sales practice is deceptive and I would expect violates web sales practice laws when opening the web page does not allow you to back out of it. On top of this - using the product thus far as required does not produce any results indicated. There is no organization that verifies the quality of the product- this could simply be a capsule of sawdust. I am not adept on the cell phone I used to place the order and it is just a poor sales practice. I am out over $75 for no product received!Desired Settlement: I feel that Green Coffee should receive only the value for the product I received and expected to pay ($4.95). Instead I was billed $78.85. I feel Green Coffee should refund for the balance of $ 73.90 to me. Note the bottle and sales receipt arrive with vague information as to who is responsible. Review: False advertising and misrepresentations committed by NutraShift, llc. is nothing short of scam. They l\trick the customers to sign up for a free 14 day trial of their product Garcinia Cambogia, for the price of S&H. however, what they fail to disclose is that the bottle that ship has 60 capsules, that evidently is more that 14 day supply. On the 14th day, in fact on the evening of the 13th day they charge the credit card on file $75.68. This is NOT for future shipments but for the capsules that shipped in the bottle in excess of 14 day supply. When I called first thing in the morning to complain and cancel, I was told the best they can do is to only cancel future shipments, but I already have to pay for what I have received under the terms of 14 day free trial. When I refused and told them I will call my credit card company, first they started with 15% discount and kept raising the offer to over 50%. When I told them I will not accept anything short of full refund, I was told that the only way would be to send the bottle unopened, which of course had been open under the terms of free trial. They also claim that the terms have been disclosed at the time of signing up for free trial, which is nothing but lie. When searching online there is such a page for terms and condition, but it is not disclosed or have link to (or at least what an average buyer can clearly see from the trial offer page). This business practice is nothing short of scam. A simple search online can easily revel that seemingly I'm not the first or the only one affected by this advertising scam and unethical business practices.Desired Settlement: refund all charges and no longer charge on my account.

Review: I recently ordered two products products, including Green Coffee and Garcina Cambrosia, via my cell phone which appeared to be a trial $4.95 offer. I ceased using the product from the first order after I realized it was not working. I later noticed charges $80 per bottle (total 2 bottles) per month on my bank account statement January and February 2014. When I called the '888' number appearing on my statement, the customer service rep informed me that there was a note on the website that I must notify Green Coffee in 14 days to cancel the monthly order. I explained to her that I never saw the notice on my phone. The company agreed to refund the most recent order that just shipped which I have not yet received, but refused to refund the initial order. The rep explained that she was a third party which did not actually work for the company. She was very vague regarding the company information. She initially told me there was nobody else with her company that I could speak with. After a while, she finally put her manager on the phone. It is quite obvious to me now that this is a complete scam. This sales practice is deceptive. I seriously question the validity of the companies claims about whether this product works. After the refund on this most recent shipment, I am still out of $160!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel this company needs to be further investigated based on my personal experience.Desired Settlement: I feel that Green Coffee should refund the full $160 for the January shipments based on deceptive advertising practices.

Review: In early April, I ordered a Vitamin Supplement from Premier Green Coffee. I was told that the product was $4.99. However, after 14 days, there was a charge to my account for $78.85. When I called the Customer Service Representative, I was told that I had 14 days to cancel the order, and after the 14 days, my account would be charged $78.85. I was never told that there was a 14 day period for cancelling. When I told the representative that I was not made aware, he became belligerent and refused to refund my money. Additionally, he did not cancel the order and my account was charged a second time. The company representative did refund my money on the second order, but not the first. I would like to be refunded for the original $78.85 that was fraudulently charged to my account.Desired Settlement: I would like the $78.85 refunded to my account for the original charge for the Premier Green Coffee.

Review: I ordered a product called gold trim garcinia gold. Well this product was also connected with that intial sale. It asked me if I wanted to try it also risk free for 14 days. After doing some research I decided why not. its risk free can cancel at anytime. Well I ordered this product on may 10, didn't receive this product until may 19. I Havent even tried it, because the garcinia caused me to have an allergic reaction. After having some issues contacting this company, I finally got ahold of someone and they told me it was canceled no further charges. However on may 25 I seen a $80 charge on my account when I tried contacting this company again I kept getting was an automated answer telling me my account wasn't cancelled. The customer service reps are rude, and very horrid. One customer service gentleman actually told me, that a customer can try whatever they want they don't do refunds. This company is very misleading. First of all they need to make sure they tell customers that the 14 day trial starts the day u order. They do not give a grace period on shipping. and also that if u call to cancel this order make sure you call at least 20x.. Because it doesn't work the first time. This company has the most absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. This company and gold trim Garcinia will try their best to get away with anything.Desired Settlement: I Would like the full refund of the $79. I paid for the trial and I did what was asked I cancelled the order in the time it said. So that is my fault. but the $79 afterwards should be refunded.

Review: I ordered their product online and I read the fine print. I just have to pay for shipping and after 14 days trial they will automatically bill my credit card. The billing starts the day I order. Which doesn't make sense because I received the product 3-5 days later. To make sure I do not get automatically billed I called them up and I was told there was a cancelation fee of $3.99. I did not see this on the fine print nor was I giving this information. I was told I needed to give them my security code on my card in order for them to cancel and if I didn't give this to them they would just automatically bill my card.Desired Settlement: I do want to be refunded. And for them to disclose the cancelation policy. That states that there is a cancelation fee. Their Ad states that if I cancel I will not be charged. Well I was. I believe this is False Advertising. They need to state their is a cancelation fee and they need to allow you to use their product from the time they received it. I have only used it 2 days so I don't even know if it works.

Review: Ordered a 14 day trial of a product from Premier Green Coffee. Called in within the 14 days to cancel the order. They later then charged 78.85.

on 1/9/2014 my husband and I ordered Premier Green Coffee to try. Once we received the bottle and red the actual ingredients we decided we did not want it. My husband called in to cancel the order and somehow that call got missed. The order was not cancelled and they then billed us 78.85 on 1/21/2014. We called to say we previously cancelled this product and can return it but now the company wants a 10.00 fee eventhough we still cancelled within the 14 day free trial based on the order date. The customer service rep we both spoke to was very rude and did not care to help anyone.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount of 78.85 refunded. I am shipping the product back tomorrow 1/22/2013 unopened and would like a full refund for the amount billed to my account after the order was cancelled.
