I am rejecting this response because: The frost heave is in an area that should not have been effected by frostThe whole edge at the concrete garage floor is being pushed upThere are other issues besides the frost heaveThe bottom edge that meets the road is shredding, because it did not meet the road apron correctlyA section at the bottom where the driveway meets the road is pitched wrong, directing water across the driveway.I have an email that states these issues would be addressed in the spring, when they reopenI have had no reply to any of my communications on this issue, which began well within the warranty period, which is still in effectI do remember some discussion about drainage, but not in the way the contractor states I am addressing the drainage problem myselfI have contacted a landscape company to address this problem, so I would withdraw that portion of the complaint if at all possibleIf the other three problems can be rectified, this complaint can be resolved

Good Afternoon,
We visited the project in question last year. The project was installed exceeding standards of the industry. The men did an outstanding job on [redacted] project. He was offered additional services at the time to deal with the water run off and he declined. We explained...

in detail how managing this water run off was imperative to the longevity of the life of his driveway. He then explained his experience in managing other water problems  he had on his property in the past and said he knew what he was doing. Cardinal rule "customer is always right". We give a one year warranty and it does not cover frost heaves. It covers workmanship and material and in this case there was none. At this point he can contact our legal counsel. I apologize for the delay in getting my second response to you. I was on vacation with my family. We have installed the driveway beyond the industry standards. [redacted] agreed he was addressing the drainage issues. Contradictory to his original statement.  That should have been done prior to the install of the driveway.
