I have read your complaint. I have also looked over your file, of when you purchased your vehicle. And in the file I looked for any paperwork that mentioned a wheel that needed to be replaced. You purchased the Journey on 6/19/17. During the test drive you didn't feel anything that would alarm...

you about the vehicle. then after two months, is when you started hearing noises. We sell all of our vehicles As-Is. Which the As-is paperwork was signed by you. Then when you came in to talk to the Salesmen on 9/7/17, you mentioned prior to two weeks of your tire falling off you had work done by les Schwab. Which by prior experience with Les Schwab, if any work that needed to be done that would be deemed un-safe they would not let you leave the premises with out them doing the work.

We have no way of knowing what is going on underneath our vehicles by just looking at them, that is why we sell them AS-IS. But what we can do is take it to another body shop or mechanic to see if we can save you on parts and labor, since we are a dealership we get a little better pricing. To help save from the $2400 they quoted. And we may even participate in some cost.
