I have read your complaintI have also looked over your file, of when you purchased your vehicleAnd in the file I looked for any paperwork that mentioned a wheel that needed to be replacedYou purchased the Journey on 6/19/During the test drive you didn't feel anything that would alarm you about the vehiclethen after two months, is when you started hearing noisesWe sell all of our vehicles As-IsWhich the paperwork was signed by youThen when you came in to talk to the Salesmen on 9/7/17, you mentioned prior to two weeks of your tire falling off you had work done by les SchwabWhich by prior experience with Les Schwab, if any work that needed to be done that would be deemed un-safe they would not let you leave the premises with out them doing the work
