Review: My Doctor was under Premier Physicians, [redacted] AND they broke up to do their separate practice. I stayed with [redacted] on [redacted] and [redacted] stayed with Premier Physicians in Newark. I now want my wife and my records turned over to [redacted] and Premier Physicians wants to charge me for my records. They belong to [redacted] and I This is not right, they are my records and I have to pay for themDesired Settlement: Want all my and wife's records turned over to [redacted] at no charge at once. Please inform the complainant that the records are no longer with Premiere Physicians and has not been with our practice for over a year.
