Premiere Pool & Spa

I have brought my Polaris 9600 sport, Robotic Pool Cleaner to Premiere pools to get a price quote on repair at the end of the season last year, they quoted $1200.00 to repair. At that point I said wow, do not repair I have to see what I can do. The winter came and out of sight out of mind I forgot that my machine was there. Now that it is pool season again I contacted Premier to pick up the machine. I picked it up and brought it home to find the motor block not in it, I returned back to get the motor block that they did give me but then I found out the screws and fan blade was missing. I called [redacted] ([redacted] of the [redacted]) at first he was confrontational telling me it was there for two years but I haven't been living in my house for two years. Then he asked me what parts were missing, I told him and he said he will order them Tuesday May [redacted] because he is out on Monday. I have not got a call back yet, I have two phone calls into the office since then asking for the parts but they show no order in the system. Long story short, The only problem with the machine was the floating cable I brought on line and paid $117.00 for and $9.00 for the parts that were missing. [redacted] told me it needed a Motor Block, Floating Cable and Control Box for $1200. I saved $1074.00 because I didn't take there so called professional repair quote.
