To whom it may concern:I am writing this in regards the complaint filed by [redacted] I first would like to state that it's upsetting that Ms [redacted] was not happy with her experience using Premium Air Solutions as we strive for the best work and customer serviceHowever, I do feel that there are some inaccuracies to Ms [redacted] 's statement.First off, the technician clocked in at 9:15am when they arrived at the job and the job was scheduled anytime between 8-10amThe time they clocked out was 10:43am which means they were there for 1/hours, not 1/hour that was stated in the complaint.Secondly, the amount invested in the duct cleaning was $247.00, not $which was stated in the complaintThis was signed and agreed to on the work order contract previous to starting the jobThe technicians should have went over the general condition check list and should have correctly placed the cold air return back in the hallway which I do apologize forBecause of this, I am willing to give a partial refund on the work that was completed however, I do not feel as though this warrants refund

I planned on refunding Mr*** for the damaged vents and thought a check was sent outI will refund the amount paid for the vents

Ms, *** has since had her credit card refunded for the full amount of the jobEven though my technicians didn't put on one vent cover and did not fill out the paperwork properly they did do all of the work listed on the contractI am not going to dispute the charge back amount of to appease Ms ***, but this situation does not warrant a full refund

We do not accept Premium Air Solutions response After I realized that the techs had left my house unannounced, we called the number on the work order contract to report our issueThey person that answered said that the techs were already out of the area so there was nothing that could be done that dayAlso, the owner was out of town for the week-endWe told the company rep that we were disputing the chargesThis is probably when they got upsetThe response letter from Premium Air Solutions states that there was some “inaccuracies to Ms***'s statement.” The technicians were not at my home for an hour and a halfPAS aknowledges that the techs didnt do their job ,then should agree that their times were also not accurateThey also did not perform the services listed on the “work order contract.” As stated by PAS response “The technicians should have went over the general condition check list and should have correctly placed the cold air return back in the hallway.“ The technicians should have performed services as agreed and that is why they left unannounced and did not want to go over the contract with meThis practice is undoubtedly why they made us pay up frontSecondly, the response from POS indicates that “the amount invested in the duct cleaning was $247.36, not $which was stated in the complaint.” PAS does not mention the $I spent on the GROUPONAttached is the Work Order ContractThe items listed were agreed upon and never completed

business says they "plan" to send a check to me and me receiving a check would be satisfactory, but "planning" and "doing" are two very different things, especially when the company has shown that they do not come through on their word.All-in-all, since I had to respond within 10 days and I haven't received a check yet, I'd like for this case to remain open until I do get the check, but I do accept the offer of getting a check.  So how do we proceed?
