This business advertises new or slightly used washer dryer sets under the notion of a premium rental as stated in the name. In reality, a mismatched set of significantly aged washer and dryer was delivered. I was charged $45 for a return fee when the product is not what I signed up to receive. The website includes a photo of a new washer dryer set in the post deception. The sales associate attempted to persuade me to keep the rental because older sets last longer and it is a "business decision" yet the website says new or gently used machines. This is a complete mismatch between product offered and delivered. This is not what I expected when I saw 5 star reviews on Google. I am very confused and frustrated by the experience.

Our apologies that you were not satisfied with our service. We are in the business of providing high performance washer and dryers to customers at a super affordable rate. Though we do try to accommodate every customer's needs, there are times like these where we fail others. A lot of our customers have new sets and others have gently used ones. This is on a first come first serve basis since it is quite difficult to guarantee brand type, make, model etc for all our customers. Our shipments include a variety of machines both used and new.
Additionally, for all our sets, we use brand new original parts for any servicing needed. As far as the photos on the website, we do have actual customer photos on there to give users an idea of the range of sets they'll be receiving. Believe it or not, we have customers that care for a tiny dent and others who don't even care for a matching set. So we understand your frustration, every customer is different that's why I sent you another model for you to approve before we scheduled another driver out.
