The Fiesta Mart located at West Ledbetter Drive Dallas, Texas is one of the WORST grocery stores I have ever stepped foot inThe service is horribleThe employees act as if they are doing you a favor to check you out at the end of your shopping experienceThat is, if you can ever get checked outThey consistently have no more than check out lines active out of approximately availableThe lines on a popular day are backed up into the aisles with waiting customers, baskets brimming with food and suppliesIt's a good minutes wait to finally get out of the store For the past few days, the express lane has been closed completelyOne of the entrance/exits to the store is blocked from exitingYou may only enter through this door despite an exit sign posted above the doorIs this not against fire department regulations and code? I'm going to call them to find outThe deli department is a whole different storyGetting waited on in that place is a jokeThe one Hispanic man that seems to be the front person for this department has the nerve to look at me when I approach the counter and then go off and tend to something in the back out of sightI am left to stand there for minutes until someone appears to ask me "What do I need?" What do I need? I need service! Lately I have gone by to pick up a roasted chicken from a heated gondola in front of the deli departmentThe sign proudly displayed above it reads that chickens are put there times a dayYet whenever I go into this department to get one it is always emptyI approached the deli counter and asked the employee when do they put the chickens out as the sign states times a dayThe response was, "I don't know." What kind of answer is this? Not acceptableI leave and go to the front of the storeI ask to speak to the manager of the store regarding the chickensThe checkout person points to a lady over by an office and tells me it is herI approach the lady and ask if she is the manager, she tells me noI ask to speak to the manager and she tells me that the manager is in a meetingI go back to the checkout person and tell her that the lady she just pointed to says that she is not the managerThe employee states again that the lady is the manager! Unbelievable! I called corporate HQ for this chain and asked to speak to the complaint department so that I might open their eyes to this unbelievable unprofessional and rude treatment of their customersThe operator answering told me that they did not have a complaint department, but she would get the District Manager to call meThis has never happened! Imagine that! I will be boycotting this store from now on and will be encouraging all of my neighbors to do the same at our monthly homeowners meetings, church gatherings and any other form of social media that I deem necessaryOur home values are on the rise drastically in our neighborhood and we need the only grocery store in the immediate vicinity to reflect integrity, pride and leadership to those that will shop thereIf not, they need to close their doors and move onLet us have a grocery that has a bit more class and appreciates the mega dollars that they are raking in

*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** ** *** *** On Dec I came to the store to purchase items for family members that where coming from out of townI take pride in my cooking wanted everything to be perfect, so purchase a top sirloin beef , onions tomatoes and other ingredients need for my dinner I came home so exited to get mine dinner going using the ingredients that I purchase that morning and other ingredients that I already have After cooking my meat hours IVery slow heat I wanted to check how it was doing it came across of the meat having a very fouled odder that I can not describe, I panic and diced to call the meat department management , I was told that he was gone for the day so I decided to ask for the manager in charge When I started to tell her my situation she was very rude and with an attitude not recommended to treat a customerShow little concerned and would not let even get my point across .she asked me to bring the items to the store to see what she could do for me I then called your corporate office the lady that answers was very apologetic and ask me to just go in to the store and to give feedback on how it wentAs I got to the store the manager a female at the register told me to get the items that I need it and her words exactly I will then see if I can help you I love shopping at fiesta been a Hispanic I find all the items need it all my needsIn that day your manager made me feel not appreciated I was not asking for anything more than my ingredients need it her last comment was and here is for your inconvenience a gift card the point is I am not someone that was trying to take advantage I was taking advantage ofor and felt very disappointed and disrespect by her service now I do appreciate the service the employee from your corporate officeThank you for your time in reading this and have a wonderful new year sincerely yours *** ***

I being going to fiesta for years here in plano tx but here recently when I take my 4yrs to the bathroom, The bathrooms are so dirty, nasty, no toilet paper horrible I won't be going back there again

Food is over priced
Meat looks old and dull needs be taking off the shelveBread has rat holes
Customer service horrible
Never enough lines open
Why is mexican music playing when 95% of the customers are black?
Cullen/Reed rd location

It seems that this store at Christmas times only plays songs in spanish//Mexican language, though beautiful, it would be nice to occasionally understand what I'm listening to during my shopping/working experience

Price misleadingBins on special have products in them that are not on special.on purpose
