BEWARE of *** *** This is a company that is bordering a scam companyI was "taken" for almost $in days for "free trials", for which I had not even opened the box, and a subsequent unsolicited shipment that was on its way to me at that timeOver the next frustrating weeks and several hours over about phone conversations, I was able to return the last shipment for a partial refundDuring these many phone conversations, over and over again, I was lied to with promises to refund 50% of each of the original productsAnd every time I would wait for the refund to show in my bank account and it would not be thereFinally, they gave me 1/of the smaller charge which amounted to a refund of a little over $I kept calling to remind them of what they promised, and to get me off the phone they would again keep promising to refund me 1/of the other "Free Trial", only to discover that they were again lying when I did not receive the refundDuring the last conversation this week, they did not bother to lie anymore and just stated that the timeframe for any more refunds was now outside of their refund periodWhat horribly dishonest and unethical people!I still have not opened the box with the original "free trials" because I am so disgusted by the entire experience and these people who believe that they have to scam people to get them to buy their productsHow good can their products be if you have to be so deceptive and crooked with potential "customers"? I am paying a high cost of the remaining almost $for my stupidity in being a target of this crooked/scammish organization

This company is shady The free sample is just a method to get your credit card information so they can begin automatically charging your account for their wrinkle free products Later you also get sent and charged for an unordered product called Revitarx My wife ordered this "free" product that turned out to be not so free BUYER BEWARE!!

I would never recommend this company. The free trial is not so free when they charge you almost 98.00 2 weeks later. I called and asked for a refund because I didn't even like or use the free product and surely wasn't going to pay almost 100.00 for more every month. I was told that I signed an agreement and couldn't get a refund. I said so if I'm shipping this product back unopened you won't refund my money? No you signed an agreement she told me. I said I wanted this canceled and would like to speak to a manager and was told she was the manager. She would cancel future orders and that was it. I then threatened to report the company to the Revdex.com and was told to hold on. She came back on the line and said she would process a one time 50%refund and cancel for future deliveries. Now mind you I never received an email saying they were going to deduct money from my account or any other kind of correspondence from this company after my first shipment email. Very very shady. I still got suckered for 50.00 that they won't refund even though I want to return the product.
