I am rejecting this response because: I still haven't received a copy of the contract(She was given a copy of the contract when she ordered (Every quote has it at the bottom But, we have a contract on top of that that goes into more detail). This wasn't taken care of or even attempted to make things right until after this complaint was filed and received (I didn't see this complaint since it goes to an accounting email which no one checks since it's primarily outgoing until days after I talked to her That was when I responded to the Revdex.com.)I wasn't happy just tired of fighting so I have accepted the cabinets after they agreed to fix the "Hole" in the cabinet(The hole is standard in blind bases I literally sell several hundred different blind bases Every single one comes with a "hole" The cabinet is designed to be reversible (go in a left corner or right) When building it, we just put the door and drawer on the opposite side The "hole" is then covered up by the adjacent cabinet But, she is going to have a hole there for a couple months because of a missing appliance So, we covered it We've literally never done this or had anyone request this in years of business But, we did it.)They were very aware of my disappointment and I had discussed hiring a lawyer and made them aware of it(She made it clear she was unhappy I think it was a lack of communication and a expectation level of certain things that she woulnd't have gotten and $100,custom cabinets, let alone o $cabinets) I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas because of the "Bait and switch" which was done to me(No clue what was bait and switch). When the owner called he agreed to put glass in the cabinets and discussion was made in detail about it, but they were still delivered without glass(She made it very clear she didn't want the glass I offered at least twice and I think three times to put the glass in (despite that not being something we do and it being on both contracts - first line) We don't put glass in because we don't know which glass they want There are literally 1000's of choices Thickness, color, design, tempering, etc, etc In addition, every customer gets an itemized list The list says prepped for glass No where does anything say anything comes with glass It's really easy The doors are off anyway to install Any glass company can put in the glass of their choice very easily But, she said she didn't want it now We gave her a refundfor the glass prep charge since she'd made that decision previously with one of my people and they hadn't been prepped for glass. They agreed to furnish me hardware @ cost, but I still haven't received any information on that (All she has to do is pick out hardware) We sell thousands of different handles, pulls and knobs She can come in or go to the website I gave her But, we can't order hardware if we don't know what she wants It's the same reason we don't put hardware on or ANY other cabinet company (including the $100,one) The other reason, is that moving and installing cabinets with hardware would create much more damage. These people are very unethical. The information they provided to you in response is totally incorrect. I have asked for a copy of the contract several times and to date, still have not received one. On their behalf, the one thing they did do after delivery of the cabinets is to refund me the money for the glass of $after showing me they didn't deliver on that AGAIN. That is the only concession they have made

Wasn't even aware of this. There was some misunderstanding/lack of communication. But, it was all taken care of alreadyIn fact, we delivered her cabinets and she paid the balance due (after taking delivery) She expected the cabinets to come with handles and glass.
But, no cabinets come with handles. We sell literally thousands of different handles. They come in different sizes, colors and styles. Plus, the last thing you want to do is move cabinets with handles since it greatly increases the chance of damage. Similar with glass. There are hundreds if not 1000's of choices in glass. We prep them for glass, so they can take the doors to any glass place, pick the glass and gave it installed. The doors have to be taken off to install anyway Plus, that was clearly listed on her itemized invoice (doors say glass prep) and the top line below itemized list says no hardware included unless clearly noted and even then it will not be installed. It is installed by the cabinet installer. In addition, we have customers sign a very simple contract. The first lines specify glass prep vs and no handles. She saw that after. That being said, we should have made sure she understood Bottom line, she was happy once it was explained to her (she had already read the contract by then). Also, we refunded her money for the glass prep since she decided she didn't want it If you need anything else, let me know

I am rejecting this response because:They still are not taking responsibility for the miscommunications.  I was told one thing and then given something different with their excuse saying it was "business standard".  When being sold something by a salesperson, they are responsible for communicating "business standards" that an average customer would have no idea about.  When I asked for glass in the cabinets I was told "sure we can do that", the display models of the cabinets had hardware which I "assumed" would come with them.  I was never asked if I wanted hardware or what kind of hardware or what kind of glass.  I had asked for a replacement in the corner for a cabinet that wasn't a lazy-susan and they never informed me of a "Blind corner" would come with a hole in it.  Then when I tried to work things out with them, they started accusing me of lying about phone call times instead of addressing the problem with the cabinets and not allowing me a word in edgewise.  They were very combative and remain so as you can see from these communications.
