Revdex.com::I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. What this dealer did is called car fraudI wouldn't doubt they would be selling lemons tooI have come to the conclusion that these people (*** and Premium Finance) knew about the problemWhy would they even sale the vehicle at a very low price? When the problem occurred *** (accountant) even said, "well, you got the car at a very low price, lower than usual, so what's the problem just fix it." Then the opted to repair it seeing the seriousness of them selling a vehicle with no safetyIt had no head air bag (it was missing not like he said un installed properly) it was missing seat air bag which was missing you would touch itHis own tech who was supposed to work on an audi who is not certified even felt the seat and said it had no airbagThis people should pay me for the time lost and moneyTheir promises of vehicle being pre inspected are liesWho buys and then tries to sell vehicles that are not inspected? Specially expensive vehiclesWhen I bought it I wasn't given the opportunity to inspect it through a mechanicThe problem that it had wasn't a easy here this sounds bad there's a problemIt was manipulated and was taken pieces off such as the SRS light to make it as nothing was wrong with it I left the car for a period of two days through my certified audi mechanicTwo days that's how long it took to figure it outIsn't that ridiculous? That's why they sold that vehicle at that pricepremium finance are crooks that try to take advantage of hard working people.I find it hilarious that they're talking about doing the right thing and unwinding the dealhowever, I find that funny because they on one day deal because they Knew that they didn't have another alternative I went through lawyers that told me I had a case I know *** is up to date with this type of business and he knew he was going to loseI think that what he wrote on his follow up was hilarious and manipulated in the way of notice who the heck sells a vehicle, an expensive vehicle supposed dealer inspected that make Cause a risk if something what's to happen I'm talking about an accident for examplethis is a liability they will need to handle if it was to happen but unfortunately the owner is stuck and that hard head of his do not realize the fact and who's rightThe customer always right especially when he Has proofhe mentions that it was the opinion of my mechanicDid he fail to realize that the vehicle had been in a wreck the door was crashed, the paint pattern was different you could see the hit with sun light It has a broken windshield which his opinion mechanic said was the point of impact next to the driver sidethe car is missing the head airbag and the seat airbag the rear middle seat belt is locked and anybody that knows about this type of vehicles such as audi KNows that is in a wreck the seatbelts locked the driver side seat belt was Unwind which is illegal*** you're talking about doing the right thing then if you want to do the right thing you will refund me my money this was a big inconvenience to me and I'm also doing the job that you're supposed inspector should have done.you should be paying me to take your car's getting inspected I spent my money to give you a free evaluation something day professional man should have done priorI wouldn't doubt that the majority of the cars this dealer sells are salvaged and Tricked, manipulated, to be sold as ok Vehicles*** is in the wrong business arguing isn't going to get you anywhere that's why you have such a low rating on customer reviews you guys aRe thIeves and crooks*** man up into what is actually right and that pay me for the inconvenience and the free evaluation of your crap vehicleyour company is a fraudand you're a very arrogant manThis was a waste of my money and my time to give you a free inspectionyou sound professional over your Revdex.com submission you have no education angry dealer has lowed Star ratings.haven't you learned about the reviews on Yelp people complain about you and your servicE aNd your dealer.premium finance does not Strive to do things rightThey are frAuds and scam artist....everyone excuses of you being like that your hard head will never understand that's why your customers Leave bad reviewsin your testimony in your website those reviews are fake also take out my picture when they took it I Said do not posted onyour website reviews are fake I suggest you take out down my pictureyou're talking about maturity I'm mature To know when I'm dealing with a thief and fraudtalking about maturity look how you handle when I went to your crappy Dealermy year old niece Solves situations Better than youyou started screaming and almost choked on your own saliva You puppet pay up and do what is serious businessman Would do and that's to Credit the customer for what is right and the inconvenience of course you will never be a serious businessman You're a joke you're a clown. [redacted] did in fact purchase said 2009 Audi A4 on 12/1/2014. He had visited the dealership prior to this date to inspect it and take it on a test drive with his sales representative. vehicle checked prior to purchasing it, which he failed to do. He was shown the current CARFAX report which showed no history of accidents of any kind. He also went home and ran his own CARFAX report to verify that what he was shown at the dealership was true and he also pulled up the same CARFAX report that the dealership had shown him.  By his own admission, he had also conducted other internet searches to make sure that the car was not involved any accidents and found nothing. Based on HIS inspection of the vehicle and his own research that he did online, he elected to purchase the car. He financed the purchase with his credit union and picked up the car on the evening of December 1st 2014.On Friday December 5th, [redacted] called the office and spoke to his sales representative and advised him that he had the vehicle inspected to repair the minor issue he had referenced. Upon having it inspected, the service technician advised him that it was his opinion that the car MAY have been involved in an accident and as a result the air bags may have been deployed and not replaced properly.  The diagnosis provided by the service technician does indeed state this. We immediately asked [redacted] to come in to see is so that we can evaluate the service technician's findings and see how best to proceed. We clearly understood the seriousness of the matter and never refused to help [redacted]. We, in fairness, had to exercise our own due diligence to confirm that what was stated on the diagnosis was indeed the case. We had no idea that the car was involved in any accidents, small or large. We acquired the vehicle with a clean CARFAX report. By Thursday December 11th 2014, it was decided that the deal would be unwound as a courtesy to the buyer and [redacted]'s credit union was paid in full for the total amount of his loan. When [redacted] came in on 12/11/14 to sign documents that the deal was being unwound and the sale was being cancelled he demanded that we pay  for the $254.23 fees incurred in diagnosing the vehicle. We declined his request and explained to him why. The diagnosis was elected to be done by [redacted] and not Premium Finance. That is a cost that will be absorbed solely by [redacted]. That diagnosis is not benefiting this dealership to resell the vehicle as due to the events involved with this car we will not be reselling it. There are many costs that we had to absorb with this sale and the cancellation of this sale which we would not go demand [redacted] to pay. Based on the above information we feel that [redacted] is not owed any more money. We feel that we did our due diligence and agreed to cancel the sale and return the full amount paid to his credit union. We did all this in a timely manner and with the full intent of doing the right thing, which we did. It was an unfortunate matter which we corrected and that is all we are obligated to do for [redacted]. It is unfortunate that  [redacted] feels that slander is the best way to handle this even when the complaint was settled in his favor.  Unfortunately when electing to buy a Pre-Owned vehicle. this is the inherent risk you take. The best outcome that one can expect is for both sides to be fair and respectful towards one another to try to find a mutual compromise. [redacted] did not exercise this. Hopefully he will learn as he matures not to always assume that everyone is a bad person and that there are actually fair and reputable dealerships out there, like Premium Finance, that strive to do the right thing.

Review: I bought a [redacted] from Premium Finance, Located on [redacted] of city [redacted] California. They are the most dishonest auto sales people I have ever dealt with. After driving car and signing finance papers the dash board warning lights came on after driving the truck off their lot. The truck was lacking major power and it started to wobble really hard. I took it to a shop 10 days later and it broke down on me, I had to get it towed to the shop. It needed a new transmission, new barring's and new ball joints. That is not even everything, it has the check engine light and the check break lights that come on and a little oil leak. I called the dealership and they told me that they offered me extended warranty (which they did not) and since it was sold as is that they would not take care of it. To replace the transmission, barring's and ball joints it cost me over $4500.00 plus the $21,000 cost of the broken truck. I strongly recommend that no one do business with them, this place seems to run like a scam. I've called with information on the repairs and the guy I spoke to was really rude to me and basically said screw off. I was lied to by them, I was told it passed inspection and the owner took good care of it, that the truck was in amazing condition, handled well and had no problems. I was told that I could not bring the car back because I did not purchase the two days under the Lemon Law contract they offered (which was another thing they did not offer me) I found out they just set warning lights to clear so consumer is fooled.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for all the repairs that I had to pay for a week after buying the vehicle, as well as the problems from the check engine and check breaks lights and the oil leak that I haven't had any money to fix.

Review: On 10/19 I Bought a 2004 Jaguar VDP XJ8 with 158,000+ miles. I drove it for 3 months 2400 miles and the engine blew a rod.I now have a 7500.00 paperweight. I called the dealer and they told me that I was out of luck.he blamed me for driving it hard and putting the wrong oil in it. I am a retired paramedic and I know how to take care of a vehicle. I understand you take certain risks when you buy a used car, I looked on yelp and it seems I am not the only customer who has had this happen to them. There is actually a pattern of them selling cars and they die in 1-3 months. to me this seems like a scam. They have a car lot with a lot of high end vehicles. It seems odd that this would happen to most of there customers. If I was to set up a car lot take peoples money and sell them problem vehicles I would be Arrested. these people keep doing it.........Desired Settlement: I would like my money back

Response:

It’s unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] has gone through this experience but never the less it’s a used car, that’s why prices for a used cars is fraction of the new ones in this case this particular Jaguar new was $85000.00 and Mr. [redacted] Paid $7900.00 for this 10 year old with 160+ Miles, …These are the choice that consumers make and they knowingly take the risk of possible maintenance, and down time… On the Flip side however they get to derive a very luxury car for a lot less, Furthermore No one knows when and if a car will breakdown, As Mr. [redacted] says he had drove this car over 2400 miles I can understand Mr. [redacted] Frustration, But it’s not fear nor reasonable to complain after 6 months and 2400+ mile of driving when that was ultimately Mr. [redacted] decision to purchase this particular vehicle.

I waited almost an hour to get helped. Then we were told the cars I wanted to look at were already sold, yet they were still posted online. My aunt and I got very rude customer service from a tall, white man who was supposedly a manager.

The car I did end up buying ended up costing me $1,500 in repairs. I was told it passed inspection and the owner took good care of it. If it was taken good care of, why would the back breaks be at 10%, why would the CV axel be held together with the a household zip tie, and why would the left front strut mount be lose and greased to muffle the sound instead of being tightened. On top of it, the tires were way too small for the car I bought.

If I am told, that the car is well taken care of and everything is the way Mazda made it, I shouldn't have had any problems. I have yet to hear back from the owner of the company either. I bought it in full and its now my responsibility however, this place seems to run like a scam.

Review: Bought a vehicle from this place 90 days ago I have yet to receive my license plates or registration for the vehicle, I have received the title to the vehicle I have called them every day this past week to have this issue resolved, they keep taking my information and telling me they would give it the person who can takes care of the problem. I have yet to receive a call from anyone there about this problem. I called again today Saturday 2/27/2016 and was told the person ([redacted]) who handles this only works Fridays, I had called yesterday Friday and all they would do was take my information again as they have done all week and today again. All I want is my plates and registration for the vehicle that is what I paid for. All they have done is give me the run around.Desired Settlement: Get me my license plate and registration to the vehicle in a timely manner and not give the customers the run around when they call with an issue.

Review: We bought a car from them without a warranty but we did not expect that the headlights didn't work. It got dark when we got home after having driven 3 hours each way to purchase from them and we turned on the headlights but one didn't work. We tried to be nice and just replace that bulb, but it wasn't the bulb, and now we have a car that can't be driven at night. We tried to contact the business to let them know and they said that that happens when you buy a used vehicle, they don't have to check the safety features of the vehicle or sell it with them working.Desired Settlement: Either pay for the required parts to fix the vehicle, send the parts to fix the vehicle or a refund of $300 to buy the parts to fix the vehicle. The vehicle according to Volvo mechanics would be most likely a headlight Ballast.

Review: On 12/1/14 I saw an AUDI A4 quattro for the price of 13950. Before I bough it I asked if anything was wrong with the vehicle. The sales man guaranteed me that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and that they had a car fax that had the history of the vehicle which had a clean title and history. The only problem that I saw was the parking failure light kept coming on. I decided to buy the vehicle and take it for service two days later. A certified tech who worked on the vehicle told me that the car had been in a wreck. So in other words they sold me a car that was not safe. It was covered up to make it seem like it was okay. It was missing air bags, SRS light was taken away or covered which is Illegal for it to go unnoticed. Also seat belts were not working properly. It was a safety concern.. vehicle wasn't safe. I paid for 242.00 to have service and to figure out why that failure light. Then I found that fraudulent incident. Then manager was hard headed to say I wasn't right when I have proof all around it and after I showed him.Desired Settlement: Although he unwind the deal I would like the service that I put in the car to notify him that the car his dealership sold me was a fraud. Thanks to my free diagnostic his going to fix it and re sell it again..

[redacted] This is more of a warning to consumers then anything good. I bought a 2004 Jaguar from Premium Finance, Located on Harbor blvd of city Costa Mesa California. The most dishonest characters can be found there. After driving car and signing finance papers dash board warning lights came on before ever driving car off their lot. They assured me that lights would go out within a couple of days. Warning dash lights never went out, finally I took car to mechanic. So many problems was wrong with car that transmission needs replacement. I had car 4 days and took it back even on 1st and every day after purchasing it, with there re-asurance it would be fine. To replace the transmission it will cost me over $3500.00 plus the cost of this junk car, the airbag error light are also on still, will have to find out what that will cost. I strongly recommend that customers think twice before doing business with them. I've taken repair paper work to them and as yet no reply. I was lied to by them they stated to me the Lemon law did not exist any more, and that I could buy two days for $200.00 for each day. I was told that I could not bring the car back because I did not purchase the two days under the Lemon Law contract they offered I found out they just set warning lights to clear so consumer is fooled. I also found the Lemon law and read that it still exist and that no one has ever paid for it and that it still is for three days not two. I paid $5950.00 for this car plus financed a portion of it plus interest. Buyer be ware!
