I am aware of scams that go around but thought with the 90 day money back guarantee , how can I go wrong? Well, I have all the info I thought I needed to return if I needed to- the customer service person name and employee # etc.. BUT when I called to start the return process, I was told buy another rep that it was only 30 days and that she has never heard of that other employee etc.. I rarely complain and never online but I was misled and am angry. When I asked if I had any recourse in this matter the Rep snickered a bit and said " no' and hung up! argh!!
I feel maybe a scam? I was not able to talk to direct lead manger ceo of business. Would not give me other resources to contact them. No email. Nothing. Just costumer services. Feel disrespected. Talked wAy fast and hung up when things not resolved. Avoidance on their part. I didn't have a good vibe feeling with this company.
