Premium Granite Works

RUN from Premium Granite Works in West Kelowna. The owner Bill B is absolutely the worst ever. They have no problem taking your money, but when it comes to completing the job, well good luck to ever get him to return your call. Conveniently he is never in and the women in the office is just as bad at saying one thing like " I'll call you right back" which never happens.
I waited to 10 weeks for my cabinet doors to be returned after being cut down to size after we lowered the island height. I had promises of 3 different dates to have them reinstalled and was told I was "on the schedule" and those days came and passed without even a phone call from Bill or the office. It was only after I called that I got more excuses.
Finally got the doors but even after having the guys take pictures of the mitor joints on the cabinets open at least a 16th of an inch he wouldn't fix those flaws.
If you have to deal with Premium Granite Works be sure to hold back 50% of the money until your satisfied otherwise kiss your money good by.
My suggestion is don't EVER do business with Premium Granite Works, they're anything but PREMIUM.

Very poor service! 1 day before installing our quartz counters I inadvertantly found out that the premium quality countertop that I had ordered was not what was ordered and the owner had taken it upon himself to choose a totally different color and quality material without any consult with us !! Who does that when thousands of dollars are involved?

That was the beginning of our nightmare with this company. Will never recommend them to anyone else!!

We just had all our countertops replaced by Premium Granite Works INC. and we can't express our gratitude for the amazing job they did! They went above and beyond in every aspect of the project. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

We Purchased quartz countertops from Premium Granite Works. The owner was quick to close the sale and that's where any service ended. We placed our deposit in Dec with a first week of Jan installation date. They never showed and never called....we had to call repeatedly as call backs just dont happen. They never showed on the next installation date and we had to chase them again Counters finally went in february....only problem was the counter was not cut to size properly.
The counter chipped the first week of use from a coffee cup. We have been chasing these clowns for 4 months to get it repaired. They never return calls and the owner is arrogant and quick to show attitude during conflict resolution. Avoid this unprofessional business at all costs!!!

PGW was absolutely amazing in every step of the process when we purchased our granite from them. The customer service was above and beyond our expectations, Bill and Julie made us feel like family. On site granite consultation and an expedited installation schedule which allowed us to open our doors at *** earlier then anticipated leave us with nothing but positive things to say about PGW.

I had selected Premium Granite Works to do my countertops. *** In view of my husband's recent death I asked for my deposit back. They say they they have already ordered in the material but the formal measurements were not to be done until early MAY. Next month. Apparently I won't get my $3100 deposit back unless they can sell what they ordered in. Compasion does not exist here. I will make sure anyone considering Premium Granite Works knows my story.
