Online reviews often state how timely, thorough and professional a contractor is that installed their new, perfectly operating HVAC system While I can say exactly the same about Premium Heating & Cooling, the contractor that installed the new HVAC and hot water system in my Chicago home, I have found the true test of an HVAC contractor is not when all goes as expected, but when something goes unexpectedly wrong Despite being the top rated system by Consumer Reports, my recently installed HVAC system had serious manufacturer design defects The manufactures repair requirements required countless, unpaid repair hours that when followed, enabled Premium to eventually replace the entire system at considerable labor cost to Premium Heating & Cooling, but at no cost to me By aggressively fighting the manufacturer over a manufacturer design problem, they protected my interest at significant cost to themselves This defines the quality HVAC contractor everyone deserves and why I can highly recommend Premium Heating & Cooling for any HVAC needs
