because:If indeed this job was "well communicated" throughout the job process, then why was it that customer concerns were not addressed, a final professional walk around inspection was not done, and the job was left incomplete?
I was threatened with a lien on the property as a response to complaints of damage caused by the workersInstead of discussing it with me, all communication was cut off. All I asked for was some credit to replace the swing!
When I questioned if he could put a lien on my house, ***'s response was, "I have a daytime job where my job is collecting in filing liens on propertiesIt won't take me long at all to put a lien on the property."
On October 30, I received an email from Home Advisers, the company that listed Premium Innovations on their web-site, that stated *** had finally responded to them...first contact
I contacted them and agreed to split the cost of the swing ($165.00)with Premium Innovations in an attempt to finally settle this matter. On October (the day the lien was to be put on my house) I was told that they had agreed and I would receive an invoice for half of the cost of the swing (this should have been $82.50). The invoice I received later that day was for $*** had included a postage charge for sending me the threatening letter about the lien. It was the end of the day and I did not want a lien on my house, so I just paid it. However, that was not what I had agreed to and I think the shipping charge should be refunded.
I feel that it is important for other potential consumers to be aware of this company’s actions

This job was well communicated to the customer both before, during, and after the project as well as well notated with all communications that were madeThe dispute that the home*** had has been finalized and completed

I have plenty of emails to show that we communicated with you as well as proof that there was not final walk needed per you saying the job was done and you were 100% satisfied You even told me on the phone that my partner didn't need to come out to the property because they were done and wasn't needed
Everything is final you finally paid your invoice and per that payment everything is complete and nothing left to do If needed I can supply proof of the invoice stating everything is complete and no further actions are needed
