we purchased a Living Social deal online for $249.00 for $1,000 worth of landscaping. We attempted many many times to get the vendor out to do the work and continually was told that they are 6-8 weeks out and we could not get on the schedule. We purchased this deal on February 17, 2014. At one point I was told to pick the trees I wanted planted and they would put me on the schedule, I did that immediately and when I asked what dates were available I was told that they were again 6-8 weeks out. Later on I asked again and he asked me to send him the tree list again which I did not have. I am tired of being put on the back burner since we are not spending more than the $1,000, we are not a priority.Product_Or_Service: LandscapingDesired SettlementI would like a refund on the purchase with this company, I no longer trust them to do the job let alone quality work. Not only was her coupon expired, and the services she requested did not qualify for the deal offered I did tell pipers husband I would hold the coupon for him for a year. In the terms and conditions it states this coupon can not be used just for planting. It also subject to availability. But never the less to satisfy the complaint she can make her request to living social or she can have plants/tress of equal value of her $250 purchase. Once the coupon expired it's only good for face value of $250. I apologize for any inconvenience.Consumer Response The living Social website does not allow a refund as the timeframe from when purchased to now has been more than seven days per living social.
