Review: I hired this company to do legal work in 2011 on a probate matter. As of 2014 nothing has been completed by this company. I live out of state and have made several trips back to Modesto per her request to complete paper work. Each time I arrived nothing was completed and she only gave excuses that the paper work was not ready. I have paid her over $2,500 for nothing to be completed. I in return hired a new lawyer to complete my probate which only took 30 days. I have tried several times to contact Premium Legal and they will not take my calls. She is aware that she did not fulfill our contract, therefore I deserve a full refund. I believe she does not know how to proceed with probate issues and she should of never taken my case.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for services that were never completed.

Review: On March 4, 2014, I had Premium Legal prepare a Living Trust for me. [redacted] requested a copy of the deeds to my property so that she could file for the new deeds to the Trust.

To date I have not received a copy of the Trust Deeds. I have called [redacted]'s office on several occasions but have not been able to talk to her. I left messages with lady that answered the phone and she said she would have [redacted] call me. To date I have not received a call from [redacted].Desired Settlement: Since I will have to another Trust done by someone else. I am requesting Premium Legal ([redacted]), to refund me the $600.00 I paid her, because the papers that were done by Premium Legal Documents are useless because they never filed for the new deed to the trust.

On October 14, 2014, Premium Legal [redacted] called and said she had prepared the new deed for the Living Trust and for my husband and I to come in and sign it. I told her we would be in the following day Wedneday October 15th. At that time she asked to call you (Revdex.com) and tell you everything had been resolved. On October 15th my husband and I went in and signed the new deed for the Living Trust.

On October 16th, I called [redacted] and asked her when would she be filing the deed. She said would not file the deed unless I called you and said the issue had been resolved. Well that issue HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. My original complaint in the first place was because they had not filed the paper work.

Review: I used the Premium Legal Documents on March 4,2014. [redacted] in the legla document assistant who prepared a Revocable Living Trust from me for a fee of $600.00, which has been paid in full.

The service she provided was a Renewable Living Trust with 2(two) deeds. As of today 9-04-14 I have the Renewable Living Trust only. I haven't got the 2(two) new deeds. I have call [redacted]'s office at least 8 times regarding the deeds. Each time I call I was told by the office clerk that she would give [redacted] the message. I haven't got a call back from her. The deeds is the most important part of the trust to me.

I also called the County Clerk when the paper work is handled for deeds of Trust. I was told that [redacted] never filed the paper work for the new deeds. I paid for a service that was not completed a sum of $600.00 her asking price.

I also checked the computer for complaints against [redacted]. I saw a complaint of the same nature, not filing papers work. This seems like a patter for [redacted] not to complete the work she was paid to do.Desired Settlement: If I do not receive the new recorded deeds which is part of the trust. I request my $600.00 back so I can get a reliable person to do my trust. This is fraud when money is taken & the service promised is not provided. Review: In Oct.2011, I contracted with [redacted], owner of Premium legal services to do a probate case on my mothers property. Things went fine until Sept. 2013. The owner had an auto accident which put her out of commission for several months. In March of 2014, I was told by [redacted], that all paperwork needed had been turned into the courts, I had just a few papers I needed to sign, which I did in her office, and I was told it should be no more than a month and my probate would be finalized. I waited a months time, and then tried contacting [redacted], to no avail. I then contacted the probate dept. in [redacted], **. and was told that NOTHING had transpired on my case since Dec. 2011 when the court placed me as executor of my mothers estate. So again, I'm pushing more buttons to get things done. I did get SOME of it moved forward after [redacted] hired an assistant named [redacted]. Now, 4 yrs later from the time this all started, I'm still in need of one more document to be filed, along with a fee waiver. Nothing has taken place. [redacted] has left this company, [redacted] has moved her business, **n't reach her by phone, she is never at her new office, and phone calls, emails are not returned. I also recently found out that her business license has been suspended since May of 2011, a date prior to her taking me on as a client, so technically, she's been taking on clients illegally.Desired Settlement: Either finish the job, or refund me all monies that were paid to Premium legal in advance for services not rendered.

Review: We paid for filing & service. We got a court date but service to the defendant was never done, so as of tomorrow morning I'll be in court for nom reason other then to tell the judge I need an extension because now I'll have to pay for serving services again. Business has moved & no forwarding info.Desired Settlement: Complete refund
