Review: I Mr. [redacted] purchased a car from premium Motors Inc. In Stafford, Virginia on May the 11th of 2015. I gave them a deposit of $3,000 down at the time of purchase. After about a week of having the car in my possession I received a phone call from the dealer stating that because I only had my permit at the time of purchase that I had to return the car. I did so on June 11th of 2015. The day of return I did not receive any of my deposit back. They said I would be receiving a check in the mail. The following day I called to make sure the they were getting the check mailed out to me and they said that I need to sign an additional agreement stating new stipulations that were not in the original contract for fees of what I would be charged for having the car in my possession. I refused to sign the new agreement and have made numerous attempts by phone to work out something and I have yet as of July the 24th of 2015 to receive any of my $3,000.00 deposit back.Desired Settlement: I Mr. [redacted] would like my full deposit of $3,000.00 back paid in full.
