Premium Moving Services, LLC Reviews (3)

I am rejecting this response because:Some of the statements they are making in their reply are not accurate When I booked Premium Moving Services, I told them would not be there during the move & he indicated it was fineHis response to my email says "You don't have to be there for the move if you have other things to attend toAs long payment can be made after completion, it will be fine." I don't recall the estimate being non-bidding (I assume he meant non-binding)His email indicates, "I think it will be around $1000-with packing supplies, three movers and a truck." He indicates there were things that I never mentioned to him that needed to be moved I had told him everything in the house is to be moved He had also done an initial walkthrough of my home previouslyAs far as the things left behind by the movers, I expect a moving company to do a double check that everything is packed; If I needed to be there to do a final walkthrough, that should have been mentioned to me so I could have done so (there were two closets, a large item from the garage and everything under my sink left behind)There were additional items that went missing which I noticed after I contacted Premium Moving Services, however, after their initial reply, it didn't seem worthwhile to re-contact them.My neighbors (who keep tabs on my house) indicated there were women over there helping & I am unsure why they would imply something that was untrue My neighbors initially thought it was me over there and that's why they asked me about it (by that time I had already been at work). It's unfortunate how they have handled this situation & I hope we can still find a resolution to resolve these issues

Your estimate was non-bidding, and was based on an hourly rate not flatI suggested you don’t have to be there since you had to leave work and let us in when it was time to unloadYour neighbors claim on women being in your women helping out is completely falseCheck your camera footage before it was disconnectedIt’s jyst ridiculous, it seems as though, there were something new every time you contacted meWhy the so called women was never brought up before? Also I gave you an initial settlement that you accepted regarding the situation

The estimate was non-bidding. The estimated time was six hours and it took eight hours plus packing supplies. The customer told be in the day of the move, that she had to be at work, so she and I negotiated to conduct the move while she was at work, I should’ve never done that. The security camera...

was disconnected as well from its recorder. The storm door was slammed open, it was windy and even though the stopper was set. When I came to Check on the door, that’s when I saw camera on the ground from the ceiling but still attached to the wire from in the house. When we was packing, I called the customer couple times to ask her about certain things if they were going to the new place that she didn’t mentioned to us and she also called me to tell me about a few things she was going. It was a couple of miscellaneous items that was put in a plastic bags and then into a box. The only thing that was mentioned to us that she couldn’t find was a charger and a top to her portable fire pit. There were also a closet by the front door that we didn’t realized was there because the front door covered it when it’s opened, so when I was locking up, that’s when I noticed. There was a little shoes rack, couple of coats and a vacuum. She requested $300 to hire another Moving company to come out to pack and transport it and she said it will be a waste of my time and money if my movers do it. She also requested $40 for her charger which was packed into a box. It is ridiculous because the items that we missed in the closet can be transported in her personal vehicle. I also told her, our love liability insurance is .60 cent per pound per article which will amount to $40 as replacement value and the $60 will for the closet that was missed. I refunded a $100 to her card minus $3 processing fee. The accusation of 2-3 women moving, when it was three men is absurd. The customer arrived from work about ten minutes after we started unloading.
