I ran through all of the prompts on the pay machine and thought I had paid. Evidentally, it didn't go through. Came back to a booted car. Good thing I was on vacation and not near home or their ransome device would not have survived. I will not be supporting their economy with another dollar. Too bad their government allows these unprincipled businessmen.

Criminals
On Friday, October 14th (2022) I parked at lot 555 in the French Quarter, 414 Canal Street. Although I had paid for parking, my car was booted allegedly for not including the first 3 letters of the plate in the parking app. The boot notice claimed the violation was for unpaid parking although my pre-paid parking still had over an hour of time remaining. When the Admiral enforcement people arrived, they said they booted the car for not including the first 3 plate letters in the Premium Parking app although the boot notice on the car said it was for unpaid parking. The 2 Admiral agents then asked for $50.00 cash under the table to remove the boot. When I refused they said they would leave and would not return until I paid another $150.00 via the Premium Parking app. 3 hours later I was forced to pay $150.00, as punishment for initially refusing to pay the $50.00 cash bribe. Avoid all Premium Parking lots in New Orleans, as I assume the company tacitly approves of Admiral enforcement employees engaging in outright criminal behavior.

Admiral Enforcement-New Orleans-unfair booting-app error
Car booted for violation of unregistered plate, however, we took picture of the plate and submitted it via their app as requested when we paid for parking. The app accepted the picture. They said only the state showed up in the app. We verified it was the correct plate. We still had to pay $50 to get boot removed. Appeal was denied. Totally unfair and seems like a scam.

F'ING AS***LES PUT BOOT ON OUR TRUCK IN PUBLIC PARKING,THEN TOLD US YOU NEED TO HAVE AN APP TO PAY $100.00 TO GET THE BOOT OFF I AM CALLING G THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.

This company is the worst. They put a boot on my car 10 min after my parking was done. Basically holding $25k in leu of $12 dollars in parking. I had the extra fees paid off and waited for them to come remove the boot in less than 25 minutes of my parking being overdue. I asked them to reduce the fees in an appeal, they refused.

Paid for my parking online prior to going to dinner in the warehouse district. For some unknown reason five spots on the second floor of the 618 Magazine parking garage have a sign in front of them that said "Star" parking. I had no idea what that meant. I knew it wasn't reserved because there were spots that said that. Many available spots on the second floor were just as good or better than these five "Star" parking spots. Returned from dinner to have my car booted because I hadn't paid the extra fee for a "Star" parking spot. Interesting enough the car next to me in a "Star" spot was also booted. It appears to just be a trap to get the extra $30 fee from people. My husband is 81 and walks with a cane. We had to stand in the hot parking garage waiting for someone to come remove the boot for an hour and ten minutes. If I had planned on trying to get by with something I sure wouldn't have gone online and paid for my parking before arriving. What a SCAM.

We'll end up paying a $30.00 ticket because we "lost" our appeal. I use quotes because it's unlikely that anyone read it. The car was not booted and yet the denial of the appeal referred to our car as having been booted. Because of construction in downtown Pensacola, everyone on Romana Street was herded into a lot behind two beloved restaurants, and it was dusk, approaching nightfall, making it hard to see. There was a lot of heavy equipment on the street and the people tasked with directing traffic were in a hurry to end their day and impatient with drivers. I have to imagine that most people parked in that lot got tickets that night. We're talking about big money here. There's no way this company deserves even one star. There should be another emblem to representing a "failure of integrity" standard. I plan on finding out the name of the lot owner and letting him know about these practices.

Admiral Enforcement New Orleans
If I could submit a zero rating I would, this company is a total rip off! I had a boot placed on my car for not having my car registered at 5:15pm, amazingly I was still driving at 5:15! Additionally, I paid for Premium parking in the Saks lot, and kept going online to extend the time. So, I paid to initial park and two extensions as well as the $90 charge to have the boot removed from my car. I submitted an appeal based on the fact that a boot was "placed" on my car at 5:15 even though I was still driving at that time. And, after having problems trying to access the system online I walked outside to see if I could pay at the booth, but there was a line and there wasn't a boot on my car at 5:35! Needless to say, my appeal was denied! I will post this review to my Facebook page to alert others of this parking scam especially during Mardi Gras season. I guess this is the newest get rich quick scheme...sad!

My husband had the same problem as others. He paid to park but messed up with the License Plate Number. Returned to find his car booted, phoned Admiral Enforcement who came out and for some reason charged him $30 to remove the boot and told him to contest it online. Which he did. Just received an e mail back saying its a strict policy to enter the correct license plate number therefore the request to refund has been denied. Seems extremely unfair. Also, on the blue immobilization notice there is no mention of $30. $90, $45, or apparently no fee if they don't reach you in the designated time. Where does $30 come from? This was parking location 338, immobilization number 15623 on 4/15/17. Oh, when I phoned to find out the person on the other end hung up on me. Great customer service.
