Good Afternoon, To whom it may concern, We did provide services to the following customer [redacted] Technician did advise customer that he has a electrical wiring issue in his residence that the reason the washing machine gives out on himYet we never denied services to him We did try calling back the customer but were never able to get a hold of him to go backThank you
