Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In response to Mr [redacted] I actually did speak with him directly on October 19th, at 11:AM CTThe conversation was brief as he told me that I would have to speak directly to his tech ***When I asked how I could reach [redacted] as I was calling the number that [redacted] had left on my voicemail as a return number, he told me to call [redacted] and she would have him return my callI did so and [redacted] told me that she would relay the messageI not ONCE got a call from ***, [redacted] , or any representative for that ***erI made numerous attempts to try and get this issue resolved with Westside PlumbingI had another plumber come out and take a lookAt no moment did he mention there was ANY leak, corrosion, break, crack, damage to the unitThe plumbers findings were it was simply jammed, he was able to dislodge the unit within minutes and have it in working orderThe staff at Westside plumbing clearly have unethical business practices and I can not see why or how they are Revdex.com accreditedThey try to pull a fast one on homeowners who would under circumstances be covered by their warranty, but they stretch the truth in an effort to make extra moneyI am not the only customer who has had an issue with Westside plumbing, and interestingly enough it was over a similar issueAs the attached phone records show, there were calls, voicemails, and conversations with Westside plumbing even though they claim to never have heard from either home ownerAttached you will find the phone records, a copy of a similar complaint, and the voicemail that [redacted] had left me(Apple does not give a perfect transcription of the voicemail, but I have no way of attaching the recording itselfI am willing to allow anyone to listen to it if they wish to)In an effort to maintain confidentiality of clients, I do have to blur non related numbers from the logThe complaint I have attached is public record on google reviews of the companyI am also able to get a report of the other plumber, but would need some time for thatI will not let this incident go until I have been refunded my money, especially since Westside plumbing has made me out to be a liar Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern: This is the first email we have received about this complaintWe received a work order from *** on 10/16/and scheduled the job for 10/18/The service tech quickly saw that the disposal was rusted out below the disposal and damage had occurred to the cabinetThe
disposal also had a foreign object stuck below the grinding chamberThe *** policy that the homeowner purchased took effect on 10/06/16, ten days prior to them placing a call for their disposal not workingThe service tech must always call to get authorization for replacement on a new policy when the appliance has to be replaced*** denied the claimOur plumber uploaded pictures he took of the disposal and cabinet and relayed the information to *** exactly as it is written on the invoice that the homeowner received a copy ofOur office never received any calls from the homeownerWe cannot help resolve a complaint or explain our findings if the homeowner does not contact our office and speak with the Master PlumberI did speak with the tech this morning and he said that he did receive a call from this homeowner on his company cell phone and did return his call but had to leave a messageThe $service fee paid is required by the homeowner per their *** policy whether their claim is completed or deniedThe retail price to replace this disposal is $We will gladly credit the $service fee the homeowner has paid toward the $replacement price and replace the disposalTotal additional out of pocket would be $170.Sincerely,*** *** ***Westside Plumbing

The conversation was brief as he told me that I would have to speak directly to his tech [redacted]. When I asked how I could reach [redacted] as I was calling the number that [redacted] had left on my voicemail as a return number, he told me to call [redacted] and she would have him return my call. I did so and [redacted] told me that she would relay the message. I not ONCE got a call from [redacted], [redacted], or any representative for that [redacted]er. I made numerous attempts to try and get this issue resolved with Westside Plumbing. I had another plumber come out and take a look.
