On the matter with mr. [redacted] I reviewed the information he submit it for the rental car he rented a full size vehicle which is double the rate of a regular vehicle. I will be willing to refund the $150.00 original labor price...

of the alarm and half of the cost of the rental. I would also like to ask if he would remove the bad comment he left on Yelp. Thank you for your time sincerely [redacted].
