Review: I went through this company to make a safe sale of my diamond ring with a man who lives over seas. My diamond ring value was almost $10,000.00 and I sold it for $6500.00 plus $150.00 for shipping. The transaction number with this company is #[redacted]. Below is a list of how the transaction took place: 1.The agreement between buyer and seller started on February 122.The buyer submitted his payment the same day February 123.I shipped it the next day of February 134.Buyer received the ring on February 205.Buyer contacted premium title to release funds from them to pay me on February 216.Someone from premium title told me I would have my money in my account within 5-7 business day from that date, which was March 4th. There is NO money in my account and no one from that office tried to contact me. 7.I finally spoke with someone on Tuesday in their office who said this was unacceptable and he would handle this himself. He said he would be calling me back later on that night or Wednesday morning to update me on the resolve. However, I did not receive a call from him.8.I wanted to do business with this company because I researched it and thought it was a good idea, now I dont feel the same way. My bank does NOT hold funds they put it immediately in. What makes this worse is that I was expecting the money to be in the bank and now I have several 30.00 over draft fees on my account.Desired Settlement: I want payment for the product that was insured by this company. They already have the money from the buyer, they just need to give the money to me. The full amount of $6650.00.
