If you have an option to go with a different title company, do it, no matter how much incentive is offered to use Premium Title Services ( [redacted] )This has been the worst and most frustrating company I have ever worked withDO NOT chose this company, even if there's incentive (i.evia the online auction site ***.com)It's not worth it! My wife and I chose to look past the pages of bad reviews we found on this company (also look at [redacted] Title as they are connected) because of the sellers offered benefits in working with them, but we had months of closing extensions with no communication about resolutionWe would have gone back and paid thousands more to avoid working with this companyThey let us know less than hours before our original close date that we couldn't closeWe had to buy a storage unit, rent temp housing, and lose tons of money from utility activation/deactivation, contractor rescheduling, and buying over months of temp housing This company is a money making machine with NO desire to take care of their clients, nor to fix any problemsThe public needs to be protected from these kinds of companiesThey are making peoples lives miserable and profiting off it

I closed on an auction purchase on June On Monday, Sep (business days prior to the property tax deadline) I received an email from [redacted] notifying me that me deed transfer was rejected due to non-payment of taxes and indicated that I would need to pay them for Premium Title to be able to complete their obligations I referenced my Closing Disclosure which clearly notes that I paid the full months of property taxes at settlementWhen my lender asked [redacted] for clarification on Sep, we were told that those funds were for LAST year's taxesClearly impossible that I would have paid taxes for a property prior to owning it, we asked again for clarificationOnly then did Meco reach out to the closer for my file - whoever that individual is - and they suddenly discovered that they had close to $3K in holding to pay my taxes (since June) and should have, in fact, paid them - to allow the deed transfer to complete successfullyIt was at this moment that they also realized that they had estimated my closing costs based upon last year's property taxes and I am short and need to provide them the differenceInstead of requesting the balance from me but committing to have my property taxes paid on time regardless as a result of their error (only 7-business days prior to the due date) I am now in the process of sending a certified check via fed ex for the difference - and only after they receive the funds (a whopping $191, by the way) will they commit to getting the remaining funds delivered to the county to finalize my tax payment Fortunately I appear to be significantly less impacted than the others providing reviews and/or complaintsShould my taxes end up not being paid in full on time next Friday, I will most certainly follow up with a formal complaintI would certainly also encourage Revdex.com to reconsider their A+ ratingI couldn't disagree more strongly

Very unprofessional ..I bought home through premium title ..They did not clear the title with HOA..Letter received from HOA to pay past due..Contacted premium title office ..did couple of email exchanged..still waiting from their side to short out short paid difference

Worst title company experience!! Don't opt for premium title to save on title company fees, you will regret itThe office we used is located in Coppell, TXOur assigned closer was Roderick H***He and his colleague Angela do not respond to your phone calls, messages or emailsEven if you call and email multi times a dayClosing was pushed back because they "didn't receive required documents" from my buyer and IThose documents were sent over times from myself AND my buyer to both of the above listed peopleIt's now a week since we closed, my buyers money has been taken out of her account and we still don't know if the property is funded or if we have the right to take possessionNor do I have my commissions check, or know if they are mailing it my office or notAbsolutely horrible customer service and no response from any one if the officeNot to mention, on the rare occasion that you get a hold of someone they are very unapologeticSTAY AWAY! DONT USE THEM, seriously

It was a nightmare how they handled my closingI had to change the closing dates timesThere are absolutely obtuse folks works there who refuse to give any updateI wonder how they got A+ rating

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH PREMIUM TITLE. TRYING TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY (ALL CASH) THROUGH A HUBZU AUCTION.
ONLY MOTIVATION TO USE PREMIUM TITLE WAS THE SELLER PAYS 1/2 THE CLOSING COSTS IF YOU AGREE TO USE PREMIUM. AFTER WEEKS OF FRUSTRATION FROM THIER INDIA BASED CALL CENTER, GOT THE ATLANTA OFFICE INVOLVED, AND FOUND MORE INCOMPETANCE.

MY ADVICE IS DONT EVEN CONSIDER USING PREMIUM TITLE, AS THEY SEEM INCAPABLE OF COMPLETING AND PROVIDING CLEAR TITLE. STEER CLAR OF PREMIUM TITLE !!!!!!!!!!!

If you have an option to go with a different title company, do it, no matter how much incentive is offered to use Premium Title Services ([redacted]). This has been the worst and most frustrating company I have ever worked with. DO NOT chose this company, even if there's incentive (i.e. via the online auction site [redacted].com). It's not worth it! My wife and I chose to look past the pages of bad reviews we found on this company (also look at [redacted] Title as they are connected) because of the sellers offered benefits in working with them, but we had 3 months of closing extensions with no communication about resolution. We would have gone back and paid thousands more to avoid working with this company. They let us know less than 24 hours before our original close date that we couldn't close. We had to buy a storage unit, rent temp housing, and lose tons of money from utility activation/deactivation, contractor rescheduling, and buying over 3 months of temp housing.
This company is a money making machine with NO desire to take care of their clients, nor to fix any problems. The public needs to be protected from these kinds of companies. They are making peoples lives miserable and profiting off it.

I have been waiting over two weeks for them to file my title. I called them but they said it can take months to a year in some states. Really! This is just a matter of walking the title into the Auditor's office. I later found the company that performs the service did not get the funds.

I closed on an auction purchase on 14 June 16. On Monday, 19 Sep (10 business days prior to the property tax deadline) I received an email from [redacted] notifying me that me deed transfer was rejected due to non-payment of taxes and indicated that I would need to pay them for Premium Title to be able to complete their obligations. I referenced my Closing Disclosure which clearly notes that I paid the full 6 months of property taxes at settlement. When my lender asked [redacted] for clarification on 20 Sep, we were told that those funds were for LAST year's taxes. Clearly impossible that I would have paid taxes for a property prior to owning it, we asked again for clarification. Only then did Meco reach out to the closer for my file - whoever that individual is - and they suddenly discovered that they had close to $3K in holding to pay my taxes (since 14 June) and should have, in fact, paid them - to allow the deed transfer to complete successfully. It was at this moment that they also realized that they had estimated my closing costs based upon last year's property taxes and I am short and need to provide them the difference. Instead of requesting the balance from me but committing to have my property taxes paid on time regardless as a result of their error (only 7-8 business days prior to the due date) I am now in the process of sending a certified check via fed ex for the difference - and only after they receive the funds (a whopping $191, by the way) will they commit to getting the remaining funds delivered to the county to finalize my tax payment.

Fortunately I appear to be significantly less impacted than the others providing reviews and/or complaints. Should my taxes end up not being paid in full on time next Friday, I will most certainly follow up with a formal complaint. I would certainly also encourage Revdex.com to reconsider their A+ rating. I couldn't disagree more strongly.
