Premium Truck Repair

Review: Our tractor was driven into premium truck repair shop on January 23,2014. It was evaluated by owner [redacted] . I was told by [redacted] that their was something wrong with the transmission. That he would bring it down and diagnose. Several days went by I didn't hear from him. I called several times no answer so I drove down to the shop on January 27,2014.His wife told me he was out taking the transmission to get evaluated. He called quoted me and said it would take (2) days to fix. After calling several times he said it would be finally ready on Wednesday the Feburary 5, 2014 . We get to the shop it was not ready. We waited for over 5hours to realize that the tractor had the same problem . I explained to [redacted] I had to work on Thursday . He said ok take and bring it back Friday. They canceled on me so I went straight to his shop. When he got their he gave me another diagnose and that possibly it was the differential. So he misquoted from the beginning. I payed him for the first diagnose and now he won't finish his job. My tractor is still sitting in his shop.Desired Settlement: I want him to fix the differential , put the tractor back together so I can work. He also left a lick on the transmission . That needs to be fixed as well.

Mr. [redacted] came to Premium Truck Repair the first time the day 01/23/14 and asked you check the transmission, engine brake loose wiring connectors , 1 male fitting inch , swere bar bushing praise check & advise, check under carriage is impossible for me to fix each truck at the time it arrives, it took a agree to order as my customer reach , clear that when work fast the end as soon as its transmission has a Process to remove it and check to determine which are the damaged parts to repair the transmission, if I agree to take a couple of days longer than expected, but it compensates my customer making him a discount on labor, because we made a mistake when installing the transmission and Was talking to him and agree. When the work was 02/05/2014, since he came to pick up his truck ask for more discounts for his time, I can not give my job because my business depends families, went in the truck and called and said the truck still with the same problem but we repair the truck as that indicated he was told to bring the truck to check the truck was found in the differential broken that's why you hear noise and said it is repaired but with the same pay previous work and I answered him not that will repair the transmission and the differential was another problem he said no, after a talk we agreed to charge 9 hours of work but with the condition that the purchaser should slow 2 days in search for parts and finding nothing I told him that was very hard to find bearing by bearing 1 call my contacts and was told the model was older but that if he wanted me he sold one to work with the truck but had to switch the two and he said no because he had no money to buy both and give me two paying giving one another that serve to have two differential equal, first said that if ordered differentials and the next day said no and then spreads back the next day but said that if I had not I order differential again and said he was bringing everything I need to finish it, climate change is raining almost all week and working on earth loads and loads you canceled the day 02/15/2014 wet and work was completed and given off by no longer wanted more problems that is a difficult person, he was very disrespectful with me.
