Nothing but a bunch of lying crooks
My experience is very much the same as everybody else supposed to be 2 gallons but turned into several times that the salesman ken was a pushy arrogant a[censored] always had an excuse as to why I had to buy more then he said that he would hook me up with another dealer to take it off my hands ha ha that never happened I think everyone on here needs to get together and file a class action law suit against them.

Review: original order was supposed to have been for 2 gallons of diesel boost.

We paid and received the 2 gallons. Then they called us and said that we misunderstood and that we needed to buy 55 gallons. We are a one truck operation and will never need that much. We finally agreed to about 35 gallons because of the harassing phone calls we were getting. We PAID for all product we received. Now we are getting more harassing phone calls saying that they are going to bill us over 1400 dollars for disposal fee. Again we paid for all product received. For being a 2 gallon trial we have over the amount we thought we were getting and want them to leave us alone. WE DON'T WANT ANYMORE OR NEED ANYMORE.

We are on the national Do Not Call list and they still keep harassing us. We want it stopped immediately.

[redacted] said that we were confused on how the order worked. That is incorrect, my co- partner heard the conversation also and they said it was a only a 2 gallon trial and if we liked it we COULD order more. They just keep harassing us more and more. Please put a stop to it. Thank you

Review: We have been contacted by different sales associates over one order that we were told was closed out. We have told them we don't like or want their product any longer. They tell us ok pay this amount and we will close this out and we will send you these 6 free jugs in the mean time. We tell them," We do not want anymore sales calls or your free additional product."

We received a call today saying we owe more money now. Seriously am tired of this company they are all a bunch of liars. They misrepresent their product and their service.

On top of all of that they said they sent us winter blend and we never did receive a winter blend.Desired Settlement: We want this account closed completely. We have a shelf full of product we don't want. We don't want to ever hear from them again. They can come get the six free jugs. We want this closed!

Review: My husband ordered there product. We received first shipment. Now every month they are sending shipments and billing our credit card. He has called and told them twice to discontinue shipping, but they still are shipping more product to us. This total about $10,000.00 in charges. I called credit card company and they have taken charges off and now the company and an attorney are calling and basically telling me that my husband is lying and ordering every month and threatening us with court action.Desired Settlement: Pay for and pickup additional shipments.

Review: I took part in a promotion but was never informed of any minimum quantity, now the story has changed and I'm told now that I must buy 50 gallons of a product that does not work for me or pay a restock fee that I was never informed about.Desired Settlement: I want ALL of my information deleted from their system and I don't want to receive any more harassing phone calls

Review: This company contacted me to "try" the product. They then sent me some of the product and I tried it. They then contacted me again saying that because I had agreed to try this that I had entered into a contract with them to purchase x amount of gallons. I told them that I did not care for the product and that I did not want anymore. They then proceeded to continue to charge my credit card over $5,000 each month and send product that I have no intention of using. I explained this several times, they told me I had entered into an agreement with them and that I would stay in their system until I purchased this product. They then told me that if I paid another $5.000 then I would be done and the account would be closed. They have continued to charge my credit card each month & then they tell me each month that now the account is closed.Desired Settlement: We will return the product that they sent us, we just want our money back.

Review: I took part in a promotion to try there product. A month later they called and said I bought 3 barrels of this product. Now they are still calling saying I still have product to pay for to close my account. this has been going on for 2 years! Just call again last week!!Desired Settlement: I want ALL of my accounts closed and never Hear from them again!!

Review: I ordered this fuel treatment product to try...Before I had ever finished my present supply they were badgering me to buy more..I have one truck and said I would try it which I did. After the second time of their calling me I was promised extra fuel treatments if I orderd again which I did at the price of $ 894.00..So now I have spent almost $1800.00. They are calling me again wanting me to buy. I told them I cannot afford their treatment. They have called continuously for 2 days from several different phone numbers..I have told them I do not want their product, I never signed anything. I need my phone for business and I am afraid to answer it because they will not take no for an answer. Supposedly the vice president called me from ###-###-####. Several times the number comes up restricted. They also are calling my home number and each time it is someone different..I am watching my checking account carefully to make sure there are no withdrawls. Can you please do something about these people..I fell for their scheme twice with their promises. And now I want them to leave me alone, I do not want their product. Now they are calling daily to tell me I have to pay an $1800. restocking fee...Desired Settlement: have their sales people leave me alone...I do not want their product.

Review: I was contacted by this company to buy some diesel additive. They never said there was a minimum limit to buy.I have bought 8 or 9 gallons of the fuel additive which according to them I should only have one gallon left. Now they are trying to say I have to buy a minimum of 4 more gallons. I told them I wanted a printed receipt or a contract that stated how many gallons I was supposed to buy.they will not let me out of the contract which I never got a copy of and they will not send me a copy of. They are constantly calling my phone bothering me about this issue. And now when they call me it is always from a restricted number. I am tired of this company they have not tried to help me out and I cannot get any typed or written contracts on this product. I am going to spread the word to not deal with this company at all it seems like they are not providing any reasonable customer service.Desired Settlement: I just want this company to completely stop calling me and leave me alone. They won't provide me a type or written contract so I am no longer doing business if they cannot do what I asked them to do.

Review: The company has shipped additional shipments and billed credit card, they keep calling and I have told them that I am not wanting anymore of their product. Will not stop.Desired Settlement: I would like the calls to stop and any money returned that they have charged my credit card that I did not authorize.

Review: Product does NOT work as promised. I was told there is a warranty, so when I told them I wanted the warranty, I was charged $512 (supposedly for shipping). But 2 weeks later, I had more product show up. I don't want more of this stuff, I want to get rid of what I have and get my wasted money backDesired Settlement: $5237

The amount WASTED on lies and bait and switch

Review: Approximately 9-**-13 I was called by someone from Premium Products. I was told that they had a superior diesel additive that would be good to run in my truck engine. I said I would take one gallon at the price of $147 and did receive it. After testing my mileage and performance I did not see any improvement like I was told there would be. I kept getting more calls and was told that I had to pay for a total of 4 gallons even though I did not want any more. I did receive the other 3 gallons. On 10-**-13 I was billed an additional $529 for the remaining order that I didn't remember making. Since then I have put my number on the do not call list and have still had endless calls. I tell them that I don't want any more and they keep calling and calling. I block their numbers and they call from new numbers. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.Desired Settlement: I do not want any more of their telemarketing and I think that a warning should be issued to any of their potential customers.
