I dropped off my snow blower for some routine seasonal service work at DrSaw on October 23, On November 16, I stopped by to pick it up as I had not heard anything from them since dropping it off, at which time I was told they were still waiting for a partOn November 17, they called me telling me the machine was ready for pickup and told me the invoice amount was $ On November 18, they called to tell me someone had broken into their shop and stolen snow blowers including minefor the next days they called me and updated me everyday on what was going on with the police reporting etcon Friday November 20, they said there insurance adjuster was at the business Since November 20,I have NOT heard from DrSaw nor there insurance company, I have called every couple of days, and they give me the same answer, they're waiting to hear back from the insuranceon December 2, I stopped in person to talk with the owner and all he had to say was, "waiting for insurance still" after telling him that wasn't good enough anymore, his response was: look your machine was 7-years old and probably not worth more then a couple hundred dollars soand he was more worried about his invoice for the $then getting my machine replaced/dealt withI told him I would need to hear something from himself and or the insurance by Friday December 4, outlining what and how I would be compensated for my machine...Of course I didn't hear anything from DrSaw nor his insurance company [redacted]

Since November 20,2015 I have NOT heard from Dr. Saw nor there insurance company, I have called every couple of days, and they give me the same answer, they're waiting to hear back from the insurance. on December 2, 2015 I stopped in person to talk with the owner and all he had to say was, "waiting for insurance still" after telling him that wasn't good enough anymore, his response was: look your machine was 7-8 years old and probably not worth more then a couple hundred dollars so.... and he was more worried about his invoice for the $248.00 then getting my machine replaced/dealt with.
