Premo Auto Body, Inc. Reviews (3)

Revdex.com spoke with the business. He stated the customer contacted him 2 and 1/2 months after being in the shop for paint work. At that time the customer inspected the vehicle and took it from the shop. After 2 months she contacted the business and said there were prints...

all over the vehicle. The business feels strongly that if the spots had been there from their work the customer would never have taken the vehicle from the shop. He feels this might have been caused from wax stains if the vehicle had been polished recently. As for the tires the customer has never paid for tires for her vehicle. Tires were order but when she did not schedule to have them done they were returned to the dealer while the business had to eat the return cost. the business has asked the customer to bring the vehicle back to look at, but with the amount of time that has passed the business does not feel these issues were caused by the business.

Hi [redacted]-
Just got my car back today.  I must say that as upset as I got at Anthony & Premo Auto Body, he MORE than redeemed himself and personally made sure everything was done correctly and top notch AND went way way WAY above and beyond.  I am very grateful and like in every business...communication is key!  Thank you for helping make this happen.
Enjoy your holiday season![redacted]

Review: I hate file a complaint because [redacted] is a friend, however, I have called him & texted him AND called the office over half a dozen times or more between the two. My door was replaced and painted by Premo. When I got my car back, both of my seats were stained. I had a bottle of bug spray in the driver's side door and the tech took it out and threw it in the seat. It leaked all into the seat and then he threw it in the passenger seat and it leaked all over THAT seat. I took to the dealership and they still aren't cleaned all the way... As for the door, the paint keeps chipping right under the handle. I had someone else look at it and due to the door not being mounted properly, the paint is chipping. I took it back once to address that and it is chipping AGAIN. Upon cleaning my car, I had it waxed and polished and noticed fingerprints. I polished and polished and they are UNDER the clear coat. That needs to be addressed. There is also a bubble near the top of my window and drip marks under the driver's side handle. I also took my car there to get new tires on three separate occasions and I was told the car was finished. Every time the tires were NOT installed and to this day I still don't have new tires and it's incredibly dangerous to drive with as little tread as I have now.Desired Settlement: Just fix what has been done or pay for me to get it done somewhere else.
