Revdex.com spoke with the business. He stated the customer contacted him 2 and 1/2 months after being in the shop for paint work. At that time the customer inspected the vehicle and took it from the shop. After 2 months she contacted the business and said there were prints all over the vehicle. The...

business feels strongly that if the spots had been there from their work the customer would never have taken the vehicle from the shop. He feels this might have been caused from wax stains if the vehicle had been polished recently. As for the tires the customer has never paid for tires for her vehicle. Tires were order but when she did not schedule to have them done they were returned to the dealer while the business had to eat the return cost. the business has asked the customer to bring the vehicle back to look at, but with the amount of time that has passed the business does not feel these issues were caused by the business.
