Years ago cabinets were installed in over homes including this home and until *** brought to our
attention that the cabinets had no drawers we as the current management did not know because no other resident has brought this to our attention in the years we have managed this propertyThey were also unhappy that the home had white appliances but made no mention of anything else wrong in the homeBelow are logged conversations that we had with *** and his fiancé:
9/I spoke to both *** and his fiancé regarding the fact that all renovated homes have both white or black appliances and that one color did not come standard in any upgrade homeWe looked into the cabinet situation and the company that manufactures the cabinets they have in their home went out of business so that is why we would like to give a credit of $or $a month until the end of the current leaseThey wanted to go home and discuss
09/Spoke with *** and he said that they wanted to go ahead with the $rent credit that they will use towards a lower monthly rent ($41/monthly until the end of the current lease)I told him we would go ahead and credit their account and again let him know that we understood where he was coming fromHe said thank you and we assumed that we had come to a resolution
10/05/Spoke to *** stating he was unhappy and felt the apartment he got should have had drawers and I replied that maybe we could transfer him into a *** that was more money and he said he would go home and talk to his fiancé***
Overall we thought that is was a completed matter as the resident took the credit we offered but as of today it seems that they no longer want the credit and want to transfer into another home so we are looking into what we would have for them
