Prenup Counsel

My husband and I were married last year and had discussed getting a prenup, briefly. Then, time flew- as you know it does if you've ever planned a wedding! - and it was suddenly 2 months before the big day and we hadn't really done much in the way of planning our finances. We were actually both probably just dreading the process, even though he is an accountant! But anyway, a friend of mine suggested we get our prenup where she and her husband completed theirs, and that the lawyers were accessible, answered her questions, and she sent the info and bam, had a prepared prenup, from lawyers that worked in her state (She is in NY, but I am in CT) I reached out, got an immediate response, and in something like 38 hours, had our complete prenuptial agreement drawn up... and it was only $700, fully signed and out the door.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to here since it was such an unusually pleasant experience, and I fully trust the lawyers that prepared our document.
And on prenups in general, have to say this since my (now!) hubby and I are not exactly wealthy, we kind of did it to partially make my dad happy, and partially because he has stake in a family business so we needed to have one, but it did something really great for us, it had the positive side effect of forcing us to talk about our loans, and bills and everything, and now, we NEVER argue or bicker about money since we got all the hard stuff out of the way upfront.
I'm also writing the review since if my friend hadn't recommended the site, I don't know that I would have used a website and use virtual legal advice through a team of lawyers that I was not face-to-face with. However, that is why you save money on it, and like I said, the lawyers were exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful, and the whole process was quick and painless!

Don't shy away from virtual legal advice- it's part of the times, everything is going online, and I would def use them again if they offered other legal documents too! (Because I'm hoping I'll only need 1 prenup! :) )
