"Guaranteed draft of your prenuptial agreement within 3 Business days". it is now 6 days, no return emails or phone calls. Cannot reach anyone.
6/28 purchased basic package. Needed to request the "online" agreement, it was a link to Google Doc's, and not an online tool as they state, "step-by-step tools, real, live lawyers, and a completely online process". I left a message for my Assigned Lawyer, ***, told to me in an email by *** on Sunday June 28th. Completed Questionnaire June 30th. Have heard nothing from them since. Called attorney *** on 7/3 at 11:45 am, 7/6 at 2:44 pm, 7/8 at 1:13 pm. Emailed *** 6/30, 7/6, 7/8 and Called 7/8 at 1:14 pm. I filled in their questionnaire with a lot of personal information and it is disconcerting to not hear back from, what claims to be, a professional legal business. This is not feeling right.
My prenuptial agreement in the next day, as it is way over the 3 days promised online.
