S.MSanderson are a recommended Pro on the *** website so I came to them for help with an existing issue, that required immediate repairsThe initial phone call they seemed very concerned and willing to help, they even recommended options to help save moneySince then I brought the required materials to perform the repairs, and I have tried to contact them on several occasions to schedule the repairsThey have answered my calls and said they would call back with a date and time but didn'tI called them back, sent messages, and now with no responseNot too impressed with this service, and even more disappointed since they are a recommended pro by ***A customer review has also been submitted to [redacted] customer services
On the recommendation of a neighbor, I got Sanderson Roofing to replace my roofThey did a very good job.Timely,quick and excellent cleanupA short time later,based on my experience with them, I got him to do my mother-in-laws roof,with the same good results.The neighbor that originally recommended them had a room added to her house and wouldn't let the contractor put the roofing onShe called Sanderson,instead to do the roofing! I would,and have recommended S.M.Sanderson RoofingI have great confidence in their work and abilitiesAnd Steve S*** is a nice guy and wants to see his customers satisfied!
