Review: Dear Sir , We were tourist in [redacted] , last month we were in [redacted] and had bought 2 cell phone from a vendor (details given) , they cheated us by taking cash and also swipping my debit card without my concent , he told me this is only for registration purpose and swipped my debit card .He advised that the money will be refunded in 15 days , but this has not happened .They are not replying to my mails and not even speaking to me on this subject . The total money taken was twelve hundred dollars from my debit card plus they took cash from me for the actual cost of the phone (negotiated price) , they cheated us and are not refunding the money now .Desired Settlement: We seek your assistance to ask them to refund the money in my bank account . Account number can be provided once asked for .We also like you to punish these culprits who are cheating tourist every day and take them to court . Pls help us to get our money as this money according to [redacted] standards is quite big .Would appreciate your assistance

Review: I purchased a unlocked iPhone 6 Plus November **, 2014 and after 180 days not using the phone in a major US network carrier, I was promised a return of my No Contract Agreement Fee of $399.00 + tax. ($435.49)back as the "No Contract Agreement". After the 180 days, I emailed the company with pictures of my receipt as instructed and I never got a reply or a refund. When I returned to the store where I purchased the phone, the employees told me the business went out of business and they have a "new" store license. They kept emphasizing the new license and told me the store was not longer there and they could not help me. I am thinking they are doing the same scheme with other customers and keep changing the name of the store.

I have read some reviews on [redacted] and someone reported this to Revdex.com and have gotten their refund back. With a lot of work.

I have the original receipts which is fading but I took pictures of the receipts.

Please get back to me with any options or further action I could take to get my refund back.

Review: In November 2014 I bought an iPhone in one of their stores in New York, and they made me to pay a deposit for $ 545 they promised me back and they have not do it till today. They was told me that I return them in 3 days, did not happen. Then I was told me to send an email to [redacted] for the refund. and then they answered me that I should wait six months for the refund and still have not returned the money. Transaction number: [redacted]. They lied and scam me.Desired Settlement: THEY HAS TO REFUND MY COMPLETE MONEY

Review: My friend and I live in Hong Kong and were visiting New York in April 2015. We purchased a $20US SIM which was a basic plan to last us the week while we were there. They then asked us for our visa cards, as security that if we breached the contract of the sim card and went over the time they would take the money off our visa. We were told no money would be taken from our account. On returning home to Hong Kong we found that $399US dollars had been deducted from both of our accounts. Both my friend and I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of the company via email and phone. (We have evidence of all the emails and phone calls we have made) Emails are not answered and the phone number goes straight to a voice message and again none of my messages have been returned. I have also tried going through my visa card bank however they say they cannot help and cannot return or get the payment back from Orange. (Again I have emails I can show as evidence that I have tried to do this)We have now found a chat where a great number of other people have had exactly the same thing happen to them at this exact same store and are trying to fight for justice in this case. We are writing to you now to see if you can help us so that more people are not made victims from these terrible people. Please reply as soon as you can and let me know what steps I need to take or who else we may be able to get a hold of to help us with this.Desired Settlement: I would like my money and my friends money refunded. I was also like Orange investigated and put out of business as there seems to be a lot of people that have had this happen to them.

Review: I have been scammed of US $399 (for a Samsung S5)and US $870 (for a drone) on September *,2015. The drone cost US $50 but he charged me US $870 dollars for some gift certificate which he said would not be charged on my Credit Card. On finding that it was charged, I went back to the store to cancel the purchase of said drone and with the expectation of reimbursement. The store owner "Adam K[redacted]" claimed he canceled it and printed a receipt of the voided transaction and said it would not be reflected 2-3 business days later. After over 5 business days I went to my bank to investigate the matter, only to realize the transaction was NOT canceled. I disputed the transaction and just heard from the bank the store claim I bought a Samsung S6 Edge for $870.

I suspect these scammers are funding something outside of just the store face.Desired Settlement: I need my money back ($870 US) as the transaction was canceled. In addition I did not violate any contract hence the $399 US should also be returned

Review: This store was replaced my broken iPhone 5s LCD on Mon **, 2015 at 6:49. He said that it has a guaranty for everything for 30days and gave me the receipt. I trust him and didn't check my iPhone after fixing it. After getting out, I found the scratch on screen, I didn't care about that. one day after repairing date I found that headphone gadget or Audio gadget didn't work. Before I gave my phone to them, I spoke with my mother via Skype software and via headphone around 1 hour and except broken LCD, everything was perfect. After 2 days of repairing date, I returned to store that considering guarantee they fix my audio, but they behaves me aggressively and said we replaced LCD and for Audio gadget you should pay 40$ more. I said that I am sure that it was worked well before I gave you. they didn't accept and they behavior was very awful. After 5 days, I found that 1 side of my LCD was getting out and it is not fixed and balance in the phone. Actually I am a Ph.D. student of Graduate Center in Manhattan and living in NJ and goes to Manhattan only one time per week and it is very unpleasant for that face with this fraudulent seller.Desired Settlement: 3 months ago, my wife's LCD iPhone 5s was broken and a store in [redacted], was replaced LCD. He didn't give us any receipt but after one week when we came back to his store for asking why speaker not work, he repaired iPhone and everything did ok without any extra charge. I expected that current store(Orang 4G in [redacted] of Manhattan), repaired my iPhone LCD and Audio gadget that worked perfectly before I gave him.

I went to their store several times but they refuse me alwaus. One day a worker said to me come back tomorrow morning for repairing your cellphone but when I came back he wasn't available and previous workers said he don't come here and we don't do anything for you. I am really upset for this matter. it is my first time that I am faced with such these tricky guys.

Review: I went to orange 4g Store to buy 30 Dollar week pass Internet for My Ipad. I pay cash and the guy toll me he need to see My ID and cedit card. After Öne minute I get a tex to My phone 299 Dollar ben charge to My cedit card. I'm trust form turkey. I ask bim why you charge and he lie to me. Did not return My money. I went to do police and they toll me they did to samebody day Before yesterday. This people doing Fraud and scam to many people. Please do samething and I have a paper proof. Review: I bought two bose head sets from this store on Angust [redacted],2015. And each is 150$. The boss required me to sign on one device agreement note which additional 299.99$ in the sheet. But the bose said they should pay for the claim and if there are problems for the head set within two years, they will pay back to me 299.99$ per sets. That means the mondy should not paid by me. But when I back to China, I found it was a scam. That my credit card bill more 599.98$. And I contact the Bose service in china that they never supply this service in china. So I required the store to return the 599.98$ to me.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment and return the 599.98$ to my credit card.
