Review: I want to make a complaint against this company because they are no longer in business and broke contracts with alot of people who have PrepaYd Wireless services.I know I have paid my bill up intil 3/5/2014 and this morning /2/26/2014 I call my cell phone center where I get my service at and he tells me that this company is longer in business and that there is nothing that they can do about it. well I think its wrong for this prepayd wireless to just end everyones service and them not getting reimburesed for services that they have paid for and are no longer available.Desired Settlement: I want reimbursed for the time that my phone was disconnected which was from 2/25/2014 to 3/5/2014

Review: prepayd wireless advertises unlimited voice services, however they turned off the voice services to the phone. my service was turned off on the 13 and my bill was paid up until the 17. my phone bill has been paid for unlimited services. I have tried to contact customer support but to no luck. The refuse to tell me the exact I can have on the unlimited plan. I would like a refund of my money so that I may switch to a truly unlimited plan. I tried to explain that a cell phones primary use was for calls. if they clearly explained that their unlimited plan was actually limited, I would have not choose the service. my voice calls are just that voice calls to my family that is in another state. All the representative were rude and condescending.Desired Settlement: refund of my monthly service fee since I didnt not get unlimited service.

Review: PHONE SERVICE STOPPED WORKING TRIED TO CALL PREPAYD WIRELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT COULD GET NO ANSWER LATER RECIEVED MESSAGE VIA SMS AND EMAIL THAT PHONE SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED BY SPRINT AND THAT IN ACTUALLTY PREPAYD WIRELESS IS A SPRINT MVNO AND THAT THEY LEASE NETWORK AIRTIME FROM SPRINT. I HAVE LEFT NUMEROUSE VOICE MESSAGES AND EMAILS REQUESTING REFUND AND NUMBER PORTAGE OPTION BUT HAVE RECIEVED NO RESPONCEDesired Settlement: WOULD LIKE REFUND ASAP AND THAT MY NUMBER BE RELEASED TO PORT TO ANOTHER CARREIR

Review: took money for prepaid cellular service knowing they would not be able to honor the 30 day contract because they had no access to sprint towers anymore. they took payment for a service they knew full well they would not be able to provide and refuse to give any information or refundsDesired Settlement: I personally have 2 phone lines at fifty dollars each and a friend did the same with one line. we are only 2 weeks or less into our month of service and can be cut off by friday

Review: I received a a text message from Prepayd Wireless yesterday stating that "Sprint is terminating your phone service. Port out ASAP to another carrier. info www.prepaydwireless.com". Within a hour my service was terminated. After I went to the website it stated that Sprint cancelled their contract with Prepayd Wireless. My issue is 1. Will I be reimbursed for the money that I pre-paid to have service for 30 days and did not receive, and 2. I am upset that Prepayd Wireless gave such short notice before all of their customers lost their service, and now we cannot port our numbers to another company. This was definitely bad business and I am angry and want my money back and want to be able to port my number to another company.Desired Settlement: I would like to able to port my number to another wireless carrier and I would like to receive a prorated refund for days that I had left.

Review: My husband (###-###-#### opened February 3, 2014) and myself (###-###-#### opened February 4, 2014) and I signed up and paid for service with www.prepaydwireless.com for one month of service for each phone. On February 25th at 4:53pm we received the following text "prepayd warning. Sprint is terminating your phone service. PORTOUT TODAY IMMEDIATELY to another carrier. MORE INFO @ hppt://www.prepaydwireless.com" and at 4:57pm we got another text saying "Prepayd: WARNING Sprint is terminating your phone service. Port out ASAP another carrier. Info www.prepaydwireless.com". We were in the car driving and when we got back home to the computer at approx. 5:30pm and I went to call prepayd to get help with the port and our phones were already shut off. I got on landline and tried to call them but I got their voicemail. They have posted on their website that they are unable to port numbers. We had to get completely a new number. I have been unable to get my husbands phone because they have his MSL number. I tried to email them SEVERAL times about reimbursing us for time we paid and didn't get to use and to get his MSL so that he could get his phone changed but they are not responding. Their website gives some but not too much information about what/why this is all happening. I want some resolution and they are unwilling to help their customers out.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the month of service on both lines since we lost our numbers and we were given such short notice and I either want the MSL for my husbands line or them to pay the cost to replace his phone with another carrier.
