Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I fully understand what [redacted] is and what I paid for per the T&CHowever, my issue is with the lies and deceitI waited a few days to respond to this in order to give Prepd a chance to put in some effort, however, that has not happenedThey continue to delete questions/negative comments from their Facebook pageThey FINALLY admitted that the product is shipping from [redacted] after I filed my complaintWhile they are correct that I have a tracking number from ***, that is just due to the label being createdThe product has not actually shipped, and others are having my same issueI've attached a screen shot that I took just this morning of the tracking where you can see that the label was created on ***, but nothing has actually moved/shippedThey asked me to back off, saything that the time they spent responding to my Revdex.com complaint has held up production (what?!), they asked me to wait days to see if it arrives (conveniently after the day timeline I have to respond to this)I don't understand what the holdup isI personally paid $ [redacted] in shipping costs (so I don't understand what that money is beng used for, nevermind the product itself)They received $ [redacted] from [redacted] and another $ [redacted] from [redacted] and they are still taking orders on their regular website (https://www.getprepd.com/products/prepd-pack), where it says "ships in 4-weeks)Clearly, they can not meet that deadline, and THAT is my issueThere is a huge lack of honestly and transparencyNow they are saying that the products were shipped from [redacted] in batches rather than direct to the consumer, nobody seems to be able to figure out where the product actually is, and rather than admit that, they just say "wait days and then call us if it doesn't show up"They won't take minutes to send one mass email and post on social media any sort of apology for not being able to manage their money or productionI, along with thousands of other backers, would just like some honesty, and for Prepd to admit that they are in over their heads and give us details about what is happening[redacted]

project to life. At the same time, backers must understand that when they back a project, they’re helping to create something new — not ordering something that already exists. There may be changes or delays, and there’s a chance something could happen that prevents the creator from being able to finish the project as promised." [redacted] T&C 2017
I have extracted the above from the T&C's and submitted screenshots as attachments to highlight that [redacted] did not buy a product, she supported a project to bring our product to life and she must understand that there have been delays that have been out of our control. However we have always communicated as best we possibly can and dedicated every day of our lives for the last year to manufacture her reward which we have now shipped to her by [redacted] with the tracking code - [redacted] and we talk daily with Toni.
